OGNISSANTI Romantic Suite

Pro: La struttura è accogliente e ci ha permesso di vivere un soggiorno piacevole. Sono presenti tutti i servizi necessari compresa lavatrice, lavastoviglie, fornello a induzione, macchina del caffè e microonde.

Contro: Il vicinato è stato molto rumoroso la notte e le scale cosi ripide e strette per arrivare alla stanza andrebbero segnalate per evitare spiacevoli sorprese soprattutto per chi ha difficoltà motorie.

Comfortable and clean

Pro: Perfect location, close to the train station (if.you're hauling big luggage watch out because the way through is very uneven and sidewalks may be too narrow). Close walking distance to water walk and the main attractions. This unit is on the second floor so again consider the luggage weight you're carrying. Very spacious apartment, quiet AC, clean and has almost everything for a comfortable stay. Amazing shower! The host was very helpful and flexible enough to allow earlier checkin for a fee.

Contro: Only thing missing was cutlery and a wine opener ;) but otherwise it had all I needed

Great apartment, great commutation with host Flavia who couldn’t do enough for us, would use again for another visit and

Pro: Property was as described, had all the amenities listed plus extra which was a bonus. No issues with WiFi ,really clean. Very central, less than 10 mins from major attractions and train station. Would definitely stay again if going back to Florence.

Contro: Nothing, was perfect for us.

Amazing stay! Highly recommended

Pro: Beautiful quiet apartment facing inside courtyard, excellent location (1 min walking to river, 7 min to central train station and 15min walking to center), fully equipped, quick and easy communication with the host.

Contro: Too small shower towels (larger are provided for an extra fee). 2nd floor without lift and a bit slippery stairs (most of properties in Florence are like this thou). No kettle (but el.hob is amazingly quick to heat water, so no issue at all).

Pro: Iris was very friendly and kind. Gave recommendations which were appreciated. Good location not a far walk to town.

Contro: No drying facilities even though washer provided. Tv was faulty, kept turning on without touching the remote randomly and volume kept increasing while watching out of nowhere. Remote was also difficult to use. Draining board or extra tea towel would have been appreciated for a longer stay.

Great experience in a local neighbourhood, gave us a pleasant taste of Rome

Pro: - Loris was a really friendly and helpful host. He was very responsive and helped make our stay a very comfortable and stress-free experience. We had a TV noise complaint from a neighbouring room and it was resolved immediately the next day. - Location was excellent. The apartment is situated in a nice Prati district, close to many local cafes and restaurants. Feels very authentic. Also convenient access to public transport (7-8min walk to Metro). We could practically walk to the Vatican city, or even to Piazza Navona if we wanted to, as the walk is pleasant and would pass by several noteworthy sights (St Angelo Castle, bridge, etc.) - Facilities were very clean. I liked that there is a daily cleaning service and that towels were changed every 2 days.

Contro: The room was a bit small but I guess it’s a good value for money, especially in Rome and in this location. It might not be the best sound-proof apartment, you will be able to hear sounds from outside or other rooms (however that wasn’t loud and didn’t bother us at all)

Pro: Lokalizacja - blisko wszystkich atrakcji, ale nie w okrutnie głośnym centrum; prosta,dobrej jakości aranżacja apartamentu; prosty i sympatyczny kontakt z zarządcą

Super appartement au design élégant au coeur de Florence

Pro: Superbe appartement très bien situé dans Florence : tout est accessible à pied. L'appartement est très beau, propre, bien équipé et climatisé (indispensable en période estivale !). L'espace est amble et bien agencé, les matériaux et les meubles sont qualitatifs. C'est idéal pour une personne seule ou pour un couple. Tout est réuni pour passer un agréable séjour en découvrant Florence tout en profitant d'un pied à terre confortable dans lequel on a grand plaisir à venir se reposer ou se substanter entre deux excursions. La remise des clés se fait en personne directement à l'appartement avec grande amabilité et flexibilité.

Contro: Ma seule suggestion serait d'ajouter un meuble d'appoint dans la salle de bain pour pouvoir poser ses vêtements, et peut-être un porte-serviettes également. Ce serait un plus d'avoir une petite table de jardin sur la terrasse, pour pouvoir manger dehors.

Pro: Квартира прекрасная, очень стильная, есть практически все необходимое. Отличное месторасположение, пешком до вокзала, до магазинов и буквально 10 минут до центра. Очень рекомендую этот вариант!

Pro: Der Stil der Wohnung war ansprechend, es war sehr sauber, die Ausstattung ausreichend.

Contro: Wünschenswert wäre noch ein Spiegel (im Hochformat), in dem man sich ganz betrachten kann.
