Fabulous place to stay in Florence highly recommended if no mobility issues.

Pro: Wonderful location great design inside and very comfortable.

Contro: The stairs for us were difficult.

Pro: We are able to check in pretty early at around 11.30am without extra charges.

Contro: Iron was not present even though there's an ironing board

Pro: Great location, plenty of room, good communication from the host and met in person upon arrival

Contro: Only one bathroom and no elevator, but we knew about both those when we booked so no issue

Pro: Spacious, clean, comfortable flat. Very good location, steps away from the river bank, Conad shop, cafes, bars, restaurants, museums, etc. Internet was good, so I could work remotely without issues. Well equipped kitchen, bathroom, lots of towels. Check-in was on time as agreed, Domenico was very. helpful .Thank you!

Contro: Minor things to improve your customer service: On the booking.com the deposit is mentioned in cash. It took me one hour to wait in the bank to payout euros just to find out that you prefer credit card which makes more sense cause you can refund it one week after check-out. Please be more precise. To issue an invoice I had to send several messages, emails, phonecalls.called English, Italian, Maltese nr, the last one answered only. TV works with breaks, needs to be checked. Bathrooms needs better air-condition since there is no window.

Pro: L'emplacement est vraiment sympathique. On avait pas besoin de faire beaucoup de route pour rejoindre la gare.

Pro: the property was well presented with a great location being close enough but far enough from all the main attractions to visit.

Contro: the bedroom could do with a window for ventilation. the kitchen could have more utensils for cooking.

Pro: Świetna lokalizacja - wszędzie chodziliśmy na piechotę. Przystanek ustobusowy jest bardzo blisko. Dworzec jest bardzo blisko. Lokal jest przestronny.

Contro: Brak czajnika, brak szafy na ubrania, brak drzwi oddzielających pokoje.

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt pomimo pewnych niedociągnięć.

Pro: Mieszkanie przyjemne i czyste , w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji-poruszaliśmy się pieszo. Całkiem nieźle wyposażone, ręczniki, suszarka do włosów, podstawowe kosmetyki były. Pralka i zmywarka również były. Do szczęścia brakowało ekspresu do kawy i otwieracza do wina. Za rogiem bardzo dobra kawiarnia, która rekompensowała brak ekspresu w mieszkaniu. Bardzo dobra restauracja indyjska obok.

Contro: Ekspres do kawy znacząco uprzyjemnił by pobyt. Brak otwieracza do wina-ten problem na szczęście rozwiązał bardzo miły pan z restauracji indyjskiej znajdującej się tuż obok😉. Materac -twardy. Jak ktoś lubi to się wyśpi. Łazienka-na minus zapychający się odpływ z prysznica i specyficzny”zapach” ale to akurat urok starej kanalizacji

Ce fut un séjour très agréable, à proximité du centre et donc parfait

Contro: En fonction de l’horaire, l’eau n’était pas très chaude. Et un peu de remontées d’odeurs peu agréables des canalisations toilettes
