Pro: The location was great and the apartment was clean and had everything I needed. It was just as in the pictures, definitely the most comfortable stay I’ve had in Florence. If it’s available I would definitely recommend it. Rachel was helpful and responded quickly. Will make sure to come back if I ever get the chance.

Pro: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Florence. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and felt warm and cozy from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect—close to all the places we wanted to visit, which made exploring the city incredibly easy. Inside, we found everything we needed to make our stay pleasant and stress‑free. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, yet still had a few lovely coffee shops nearby where we enjoyed breakfast each morning. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Florence. — Family of 4.

A home away from home with all mod cons!
Pro: Reasonably quiet location, beautifully furnished by Rachele who has obviously travelled a lot herself. She makes sure there are plenty of coat hangars (rare), lots of nice little personal touches like a lolly jar (dangerous because the lollies are too accessible!), the bed is comfortable even in the heat we experienced every day, and there is a/c. Moreover, there’s a washing and drying machine that is a real boon if you’re there for a week or so. The double glazing is very effective against heat and noise. BRILLIANT STAY!

Really Nice!!
Pro: The apparent is beautiful, stylish, and very clean. It has a lovely kitchen and bathroom that we loved using. The location is amazing and it is only a short walk to the main sites. Our host was incredibly nice and super helpful upon arrival and she even went to the effort of bringing us a new toaster when the one in the apartment wasn’t working properly.
Contro: The air conditioning unit while nice to have doesn’t really cool down the whole apartment and can be a little noisy. The main bed is also a little firm but I think some people would be fine with it.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the apartment in Florence!
Pro: The place is simply luxurious – spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t have been better, with easy access to all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. But what truly made our stay special was the host! She is the kindest, most welcoming, and attentive person we’ve ever met.

Beautiful, classy accommodation in Forence
Pro: The apartment was super nice and very classy. The interior is beautiful. Very good quality linen and towels, even bath robes. We were very greatful for all the small extras that made it very good. Rachele really thought of everything and more. The washer drier machine was great. There was even a sowing kit. This apartment is really 5star. Although we also received this free of charge from all our other accommodations throughout our tour of Italy, Rachele made up the sleeper couch, and also, we could stay slightly later e.g. check-out one hour later, so this was great. Rachele gave us a suggestion of a nice restaurant, and also good advice on how to get to the taxi's to get to the look out point.
Contro: We stayed for 4 nights. During our stay in July it was quite hot in Florence. The AC was NOT sufficient or up to it for this apartment and VERY noisy. I did not get good nights of rest because of this. I suggested and requested extra fans, but this was not supplied.

Excellent place
Pro: Everything was excellent and one of the best apartments we have stayed in. The apartment was very well equipped, everything you could possibly need had been thought of. The host was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is in a good quiet location with a short walk to station and city sites. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Perfect stay outside of the frantic center of Florence
Pro: Accommodation was very cozy and comfortable. Host was extraordinarily kind and very communicative. Water pressure in the shower was good an plenty of hot water. Everything necessary for a comfortable stay was included with rental, which made everything very easy.
