Firenze è una città bellissima, ritorneremo senz'altro.
Pro: L'appartamento è molto ben tenuto, pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. Si trova vicino al centro che così abbiamo sempre potuto visitare a piedi. Il proprietario Andrea è molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato molte informazioni per il nostro soggiorno a Firenze. Soggiorneremo sicuramente qui quando ritorneremo a Firenze.
Contro: Nulla.

Pro: Very clean,all amenities explained ,large apartment to spread out in.Close to transport .20 minutes walk to major trains ,plenty of cafes , restaurants etc.

Fantastic host with a lovely accommodations
Pro: Host was exceptionally personable with a warm welcome to the apartment. Had many great recommendations for places to eat and where to spend our time. Building was extremely well-placed for most of what we wanted to see. Very clean and comfortable.
Contro: We had no complaints whatsoever.

Pro: The location was perfect, bathroom was large, good shower, kitchen adequate and the place was very safe and quiet. It's a very old building but the unit is modernized. The location is the most important aspect! The host is very helpful and goes out of his way to assist, very responsive.
Contro: Difficult for persons with mobility issues as there are very steep stairs for entering and exiting. There is a lift but you must either climb up a flight of stairs or go down to access the lift. The stairs are very steep. If no mobility issues then no problem at all.

Almost perfect, exceptionally beautiful apartment in a great area.
Pro: Gorgeous very large apartment. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Great location.
Contro: We stayed for 5 nights in the most beautiful apartment but one that lacked some basic kitchen items (important for us since we eat most meals at home when we travel). Most rentals with kitchens provide essential kitchen items, such as paper towels, oil/vinegar, salt/pepper, sugar, spices, some rugs to wipe the counter, etc. those were missing in the apartment. There were spices in the cabinet, probably from previous renters, but these expired long time ago, so we didn't use them. This would have been a very minor improvement that would have made this apartment more then perfect. As others wrote, the stairs are challenging but we managed (the elevator is between two floors with steep stairs). Overall, I would definitely stay in this apartment again,

Pro: Tout !Andrea nous a accueilli en personne malgré notre heure tardive d'arrivée Andrea parle très bien le français, il a pris le temps de nous donner de nombreux conseils pour visiter Florence qui est sa ville natale L'appartement est d'un calme absolu ds un vieil immeuble très bien entretenu et très propre L'emplacement permet de tout faire à pieds sans fatigue car tout est proche 5mn des offices 5mn de ponte vecchio 1km à peine du duomo ou du palais pitti nombreux restaurants tout proche Exceptionnel !!vous dis je!

Смело могу рекомендовать эти апартаменты для знакомства с Флоренцией.
Pro: Отличные апартаменты в исторической части Флоренции. Есть все необходимое, стиральная машина, посудомоечная машина, кухня. Кондиционеры в спальне и гостиной. Приветливый хозяин Андреа который встретил нас возле апартаментов, все рассказал и показал. А также проводил к подземному паркингу, на котором мы оставляли авто. Пешая доступность ко всем основным достопримечательностям. Чисто и комфортно. Также Андреа оставил приятный приветственный комплемент ).
Contro: Заселение персональное, если нет интернета или мобильной связи, могут быть проблемы, поскольку необходимо согласовать время приезда с хозяином. Парковка во Флоренции очень дорогая, и за паркинг мы заплатили 120 евро за 3 ночи (.

Pro: Andrea the host was very helpful and ready to support quickly ! Very close to everything and able to find parking outside the restrict zone easily!
Contro: Able to walk to all major attraction! Loved walking to Piazzale Michelangelo to see the wonderful sunsets!
