Pro: La posizione, la pulizia e l’attenzione ai dettagli, per me e la mia famiglia con 2 bimbi e’ stato un vero sogno! Ci tornerò sicuramente!!

Pro: molto pulito, arredato in maniera semplice ma efficace, la posizione è top

Pro: Location, air conditioning, room arrangements, comfortable beds

Contro: Cleanliness in the kitchen (kettle needs dekalking), no socket near the counter, a toaster would have been nice, street noise

Pro: Excellent location, bus '23' stopped outside for easy access to train station. 5 min walk from main attractions.

Contro: Some night time noise from bars.

Pro: Lovely spacious apartment in a fantastic location.

Contro: No coffee machine or condiments in the kitchen. Floors were not very clean

Pro: Location is perfect! Just 10 min walk to center and that was the main thing we wanted when booking apartman in Florence

Contro: It's really noisy, you hear people on the street and neighbours a lot. Also we didn't like that we had to buy some things that should be in the appartment (like hand soap). The apartmant is dusty (it was clean when we arrived) but it just collects a lot of dust, and there is nothing we could clean it with, there should be more thing in app like broom, more towels maybe, and more plastic bags for trash. It just misses the main things that sould be offered. Also some thing in the kitchen were dirty (kettle). Those are little thing in general we liked it!

Great place, with great location.

Pro: After we told the person that we had arrived to the location, he came to the address in 5 min. He then showed around the property and gave a tour of the house and the amenities in the house.

Contro: Wifi was bad. Need wifi for some communication.

Spacious apartment on River.Great location.

Pro: Only 10 mins across Bridge to centre. Quiet location.Very spacious and clean. Towels provided which was a bonus No English TV channels ,so watched netflix on Ipad. Everything you need for apartment. Man met us on time with keys outside number 27,big wooden doors. Only 15 mins walk to Piazzale Michelangelo,which had amazing views of Floremce.A must see.

Pro: Great location, nice place, quiet, clean, spacious, well equipped kitchen. 5-10 min walking distance from all main attractions, nice restaurants and a wine bar just round the corner, smooth check-in and - out. We loved it.

Contro: Only minor flaws: A bit short toilet paper supplies 😄 No washing-up liquid. There is an electric kettle (yes!) but no plug in the kitchen, we had to plug it on a floor in the bedroom. Still we loved the place!

Lovely location and accommodations close to everything.

Pro: Wonderful location. Apartment was close to a bakery, cheese shop and restaurants. The bedrooms were quite large and had a small table and occasional chair. The apartment is in a beautiful old building.

Contro: While the roomy kitchen had a nice table for four there was no other casual seating in the room. At night, the street below the bedrooms did get noisy with motorcycles and people shouting. Of course the host has no control of this.
