Good but it can be better

Pro: The location is good , the size of the flat is good.

Contro: Small things, really ... the kitchen is missing a few things , the pillows were not so comfortable (1 is not enough 2 are too much kind of a situation), and the smell - we couldn't figure out the smell. There's a cheese shop next door , but it's not just that.

Pro: The decoration and furnishing was stylish and comfortable. Very simple and understated but in a sophisticated way. It felt luxurious. The quiet location was perfect for a visitor to Florence, just south of the river opposite one of the main bridges making access to the historic centre very easy. Yet San Niccola itself is a great quarter, quite arty with loads of trendy bars, cafes and restaurants within a few hundred meters. Indeed the apartment is above a really cool wine & cheese bar and just 4 doors from a great little cafe where a couple of cappuccinos and croissants cost less than €10.00…!

Contro: Shower could be a bit temperamental to get decent pressure at the right temperature. Lounge could do with a coffee table

Pro: Best location. Super close to all tourist locations.

Contro: Parking is difficult, very difficult.

Pro: Lovely property and great location. Loved our stay here. Right next to shops, restaurants, cafes and shops. Quiet, away from the crowds, but easy walking access to everything.

Contro: Minor suggested improvements; no cloths, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets or washing powder, small amounts of each would be good. Shower temperature was either boiling or cold, tricky to balance.

Séjour très agréable dans un appartement confortable, calme et à proximité des lieux à visiter.

Pro: L'appartement est très agréable, bien équipé, fonctionnel avec des enfants et propre. Il est très bien situé : nous avons tout visité à pied. La vue du salon sur l'Arno est juste exceptionnelle. C'était très calme surtout le soir. Nous avons passé un super séjour dans une ville magnifique (même si grosse chaleur mais heureusement qu'il y avait la climatisation dans l'appartement).

Pro: I liked the location, overlooking to the river Arno, very close to everything. The apartment was very cute providing everything you need. It was on a first floor of the buildin.

Boa estadia, pena o problema com a limpeza.

Pro: Excelente localização, próxima de todo centro histórico. O apartamento é bonito e acolhedor, com aquecimento. As camas são muito confortáveis.

Contro: Quando chegámos ao apartamento, a limpeza estava a fazer. Eram 22h, e tinha uma filha de 4 anos, cansada da viagem, morta por ir dormir. Ainda foi preciso esperar uma hora: a equipa de limpeza foi eficiente e atenciosa. No entanto, o anfitrião recusou-se a compensar de modo justo o distúrbio causado.

Pro: O apartamento ficava próximo do centro histórico a pé, numa área tranquila, tinha café, restaurante próximo, bar de vinhos e queijo bem embaixo, mas apesar disso não é barulhento. E o apartamento é muito fofo, uma graça. Shivam que nos recebeu para e pegamos as chaves foi super receptivo e nos deu sugestões do que fazer em Florença.

Pro: Стильная красивая квартира очень близко ко всем достопримечательностям. Прекрасный вид из окна! Свежий ремонт, новая мебель, кондиционеры в каждой комнате Удобные кровати и подушки, прекрасное постельное белье и полотенца. Есть вся необходимая посуда, есть посудомойка и стиральная машина (но нет места, где вешать белье - веревка за окном не работает и нет прищепок), есть утюг (но нет гладильной доски). В целом все прекрасно и небольшие неудобства компенсировались достоинствами. Большое спасибо!

Contro: Очень не хватает еше одного зеркала, желательно в полный рост
