Castiglione Apartment near the center

Good for a quiet holiday, clean and nice apartment. Some things should be considered. Thank you.

Pro: There is a kitchen in the apartment with lots of required equipment. So you may prepare your own food. There is a coffee machine with coffee tablets. The apartment was very clean, there was a very nice smell when we entered the apartment. It is far from the tourist destination, which is fine for us. There are some nice local bars not far from the apartment. There is a nice balcony and garden view. There is a lift in the building which makes carrying the luggage easy. Bed is comfortable, so is sofa. There is a washing machine, which is fine for us. (Although there is only two tablets provided). The entrance of the building is easier than it seems.

Contro: Being in a residential area had also some drawbacks. You were expected to be quiet but the residents were not very quiet. The walls were thin. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it suitable for long stay. However, a few basic supplies were missing. There was no oil and salt, for example. I informed them but they only said they were sorry. If you are planning a short stay and intend to cook, this could be an issue if you dont want to buy supplies for just a few days. For example I had to leave most of the butter I purchased. They should develop more quest-friendly ideas for the initial arrival at the house. I wanted to take the bus instead of spending money on a taxi. Christian didnt know which bus goes to the apartment, but she found out quickly. However, I couldn’t find the bus stop after getting off the train station and had to get a taxi. A simple direction such as “Buy a bus ticket from the machine at the station, cross the street, and take the bus 36/37 from the first street, and get off San gaggio da castiglione stop” could have been provided. I found out this on my own but on the second day.Additionally, the street name was given instead of the bus stop name, so we missed the right stop. In short, much clearer information can be provided.

Cozy Apartment at nice location

Pro: Apartment is cozy, nice and clean however it's located bit far from main entrance (with 2 heavy bags and Parents we felt it far, if you've light luggage and can walk then it's fine). Apartment building has lift. Checkin and Checkout was smooth with Cristina and she was easily reachable during our stay. Amenities were as expected except for couple of things in Kitchen. Property is 2 mins away from closet bus stop and easily reachable from Florence train station. Porta Romana is also nearby and at walkable distance of 5-8 mins . It has grocery stores, restaurants and other bus stops nearby. Other tourist sights are also at walkable distance of 15 mins. Overall we had a good stay.

Contro: Kitchen amenities could have been better like - Knife and chopping board was missing, Induction's two burners can't be used at same time on high temperature which was bit annoying and slow; we couldn't figured out it on first day however later on reaching out to Cristina we got to know.

Goede appartement

Pro: Goede appartement met veel ruimte. Rustige omgeving. Center goed en snel bereikbaar met OV.

Contro: De host ontmoet ons 20 minuten later dan was afgesproken

Pro: El.apartamento super.completo y cómodo, la anfitriona 1 amor. La ubicación es perfecta para ir a pie al ponte vecchio y el.centro.

Contro: Nada.

Bom

Pro: A acomodação era boa, bem limpa os lençóis e toalhas eram muito boas. Cozinha bem equipada e localização boa.

Contro: Apesar de termos tomado todo o cuidado com barulho no apartamentos fomos desrespeitados pela vizinha que fica no andar abaixo da acomodação. Tomem cuidado com a senhorinha ela é muito ofensiva.

Très beau condo, paisible et près de tout!

Pro: Magnifique appartement dans un complexe de condos avec balcon donnant sur une cour de verdure. Attrayant et bien décoré et très confortable. Quartier chic et tranquille. À deux pas de la Porta Romana et à 20-30 minutes à pied de presque tout dans le quartier historique. Restos et cafés et commodités proches. Situé à deux pas du magnifique jardin Boboli.

Contro: Il fallait faire extrêmement attention au bruit ce qui est un peu agaçant. À onze (23) heures c'est comme si on doit arrêter de vivre! Le moindre petit bruit peut susciter des commentaires, et pourtant je faisais bien attention (et jamais de musique ou télé). On s'y habitue.

Mooi, ruim appartement met goede service.

Pro: Het appartement was top! Vlakbij de stad, het was een stukje lopen. Het was erg ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Cristiana kwam ons de sleutel brengen en begeleidde ons naar het appartement. Daarnaast stond ze paraat voor alle vragen die we hadden. Een van mijn vriendinnen was wat vergeten in te pakken toen we het appartement verlieten en Cristiana heeft er zelfs voor gezorgd dat het met de post verstuurd werd. Erg bedankt voor alles!

Contro: Betere beschrijving qua parkeergelegenheid was fijn geweest. We zijn er erg lang mee bezig geweest. In het centrum van Florence mag je namelijk niet met de auto komen. In de straat van het appartement kun je de auto veilig parkeren, er is alleen geen parkeermeter te bekennen. Daarvoor moet je een stukje lopen.

Excelente estancia en Florencia cerca del centro histórico

Pro: La amplitud del apartamento, el buen estado de todo el apartamento, el TV, la cocina con utensilios, todo.

Contro: No tenemos ninguna queja

Pro: Все соответствовало нашим ожиданиям - как на фото и в описании. Мебель новая. Кровати удобные. Чисто. Посуда и кухонные принадлежности в порядке. Представитель все объяснил и показал. Мы остались довольны пребыванием.

Contro: Соседи снизу за ранее попросили тишины вечером, ошибочно пологая, что мы собираемся засиживаться допоздна. Мы хорошо пообщались и все выяснили. Звукоизоляция в доме ниже среднего, но после 23ч было тихо и мы тоже соблюдали тишину. На плите может работать одновременно только одна конфорка. Мы были предупреждены и отнеслись с пониманием к особенностями здания, что одновременное потребление электричества квартирой ограничено.

Pro: Apartamentul este spatios, cochet si mobilat cu gust. Gazdele au fost foarte prietenoase, primitoare si amabile. Terasa cu vedere spre gradina foarte mare si amenajata cu gust este un mare plus intr-un oras foarte aglomerat in zona centrala.

Contro: Nu a fost nimic care sa ne creeze un eventual disconfort.
