Pro: Appartamento meraviglioso, pulito, ben arredato e vicinissimo al centro città. La possibilità del parcheggio al coperto per noi è stata fondamentale

Lovely apartment

Pro: Beautiful, light, clean and very comfortable apartment. Nice beds and shower. Kitchen well-equipped with freezer, dishwasher and automatic coffee machine. The apartment is on the 3rd floor but has an elevator. We really enjoyed our stay.

Pro: a new, modern building, the apartment is on the 3rd floor, the building has an elevator, a closed garage with an additional paid space if you want, very clean, large rooms, 2 narrow terraces, good communication with the owners. equipped kitchen, slippers are waiting for you at the entrance if you don't have them, spare pillows and blankets, the location is a 20-minute walk from Ponte Vechio, we went on foot but there are various buses in the area. a safe, quiet neighborhood full of greenery, 2 large parks nearby.

Pro: The apartment was very clean, airy and welcoming. Elena provided a clear and detailed instructions for self checking in. She's prompt to respond to our needs.

I would stay here again. That should say it all.

Pro: Very nice and clean. Not cluttered but had everything I needed. Very new appliances.

Contro: Nothing I did not like.

If appartment is available, don’t think too much and book it 😉

Pro: Apartment was big, spacious, extremely clean and looking exactly as shown in the pictures. It was perfectly well situated within 15 mins walk to the city center. Self-check in was pretty easy and communication with the host was great. We truly felt like being at home and would choose again this apartment if visiting Florence again in the future.

Pro: Spacious apartment with (paid) private parking was nice. Very kind hosts! Bus stop close by. Good food close by.

Contro: There was no air conditioning, just climate control which was fine. But did need some time to cool down the room.

Huge apartment in a good location!!!

Pro: Great host. Met us to open the HUGE apartment. It is a bit noisy, on a busy street. Loved having coffee and amazing pastry at the local Cafe, within walking distance. Easy to catch bus near by.

Contro: A bit too far out of city center Florence, but it forced us to get lots of walking in. Could use some more items in the kitchen for cooking. The room sits on a very busy street, and can be very noisy at times. Definitely could use some new linens for the bed.

Pro: The host Elena, was excellent. Super helpful and kind.

Pro: The apartment’s in a great spot. There aren’t many tourists around, and it’s super close to everything. The owner’s really friendly and helped us out with everything

Contro: When we got to the apartment, we weren’t exactly sure how to get the keys. That part wasn’t clear from the start. We didn’t have internet to call or message them
