Pro: Amazing location to the city centre, good restaurants nearby and good transport options too. It had all the necessities, like kitchen utensils, coffee maker, salt, olive oil, etc. which made it easy for us to cook and eat at home. It had great air conditioning which was great for the hot days we were there. Easy check-in and check-out, great customer service and spacious rooms.

Contro: More bin bags were needed to take out the rubbish, as we struggled to take out the rubbish we had during the week since there were only 2X extra bin bags. More cleaning tools, like cloths and kitchen towels too.

Pro: The impeccable customer service responds very quickly. It was perfect, and they showed me how to get to the apartment. Comfortable apartments. With everything you need to live as a family. Located 20 minutes walk from the historic city center. 8 minutes walk to a grocery store and a variety of restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the apartments.

Contro: The washing machine doesn't do a good job of drying the clothes, and the clothes are still very wet. Fortunately, it was hot, and the clothes dried overnight.

Awesome apartment close in (quiet and peaceful)!

Pro: Well appointed simple apartment close to all the things (about a 20-25 minute walk to all tourist attractions) and near amazing local food. There's a washer in the kitchen. Comfortable beds. The deli blocks down is incredible, Gualtiari Bakery (to die for - we went every day), Milo Pizza, Sbrino Gelato (best in town, try the granita with a gelato topper!). We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Contro: Small things - Bathroom is in the smaller side (we are tall so knees close to cabinet), shower also smaller/typical European. One bedroom had ac other we used the ac in the kitchen (both worked excellent) and a fan to keep cool (non-issue but if you are there in a heat wave that does mean that door needs to be open). Lots of stairs (second floor) of physical access is of concern.
