Better than expected. Would stay again.
Pro: It was bigger than expected. The bedroom is quite spacious, and even using the pull out bed in the living room, we still felt we had enough living space all week. The bathroom is more spacious than expected also. I loved the amenities she made available! More than enough towels, hand soap, shampoo. Kitchen scissors, aluminum foil, kitchen towel.... just the little things, that we would have at home. She had thought of all of them, and it made our stay so easy. She clearly listened to the reviews. I saw someone say there was no microwave - well, there is now! And a stove that works so well, and two fridges. This made keeping leftovers and saying money so easy. More than enough linens for the bed and the pull out couch, which was great! It's perfectly located for a 10min walk from the train, and 10-20min from all major attractions in Florence.
Contro: It's located close to everything, which means it's noisy. The walls and ceiling are thin, and you have to hope for quiet neighbours - sometimes we had this, sometimes we were up all night until they went to bed. There is a market close by, which is amazing! But the vendors/trucks are up early, so again, noise. There was a foul sewer smell some of the time - not sure if this is worse when it rains? But we blocked the door with a towel, and that seemed to help, as the smell was from the hallway, not actually in our room.

We enjoyed Firenze and the experience of being right in the heart of the city.
Pro: Location is excellent - central Firenze near many attractions with loads of dining options nearby. Handy to the train station. Great to have a washing machine in the apartment-but no washing powder was provided. (And no iron) Communications with the owner/manager were very good - and instructions were clear.
Contro: No complaints!

Pro: Lovely cosy apartment in a brilliant location right near central market and easy walk to the Duomo. Host was very friendly and communicative and check in was easy. We loved being able to do washing, and the book of tips and recommendations.

Pro: Un apartamento de 10. Empezando por la ubicación, que está cerca de todo. Las instrucciones para entrar en el apartamento son muy claras. Estaba todo muy limpio. El apartamento tiene de todo, la cocina super completa, con todo su menaje. Además cuenta con lavadora, una plancha, secador de pelo, tv... Las camas muy cómodas. Un apartamento ideal para dos o 4 personas. Es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Lo recomiendo totalmente.
Contro: Por poner un pero, la presión del agua es un poco floja, pero por lo demás está muy bien.

Excellent, comfortable, safe space close to everything and great host!
Pro: Great instructions, central location, perfect spot for a couple. We had a great experience and would be happy to return! The host did a great job giving directions and answering questions.
Contro: There wasn't any detergent for the washer, and by the time we noticed, everywhere was closed. A bit noisy for those who need ultra silence, but as we live in Los Angeles, we were fine with it :-)

Pro: Très bien situé! Lit très confortable. Il ne manque rien, tout est parfait.
Contro: Aucun ménage durant le séjour. Une seule literies et serviette de douche pour notre séjour de 4 jours.

Apartamento dotado para estancia cómoda en Florencia
Pro: Ubicación, dotación del apartamento, información clara para los visitantes, limpieza y facilidad de acceso con las llaves. El aire acondicionado para los días calurosos que se vivieron fue muy apropiado.
Contro: Se sentían ruidos de pisadas fuertes en el piso de arriba, pero en general todo estuvo muy bien.
