Contro: servirebbe una revisione del rubinetto del bidet e dell'accendi gas del piano cottura. È stata pulita e sistemata la caffettiera moka con una nuova guarnizione ... ora fa un buon caffè.

Pro: Appartamento accogliente, silenzioso e caldo. Buona posizione, comodo per raggiungere la stazione e il centro. Assolutamente soddisfatta del soggiorno.

Pro: This property in good location, a wet market nearby and we can just walk to Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore, thanks Francesca keep our luggages before check in and after check out, it helps us a lot to save our time.

Pro: we spent a really good time and the apartment was perfect for us with everything necessary to feel like home. thank you very much !!

Great apartment in a great area to visit Florence

Pro: Francesca is great, she arrived to let us in and even gave us ideas of places to visit as well as a bottle of wine to welcome us. Lovely apartment right next to the central market and in walking distance to all sights. Would stay there again

Perfect place for a Florence trip

Pro: perfect location for a Florence trip in a really old beautiful building. communication with the host was clear and friendly, beds were comfortable and it was quite during the night.

Contro: the kitchen could have a bit more equipment if you want to cook

Pro: Lovely apartment in a great location. It had everything we needed for a few nights stay. Very happy with it and would recommend it to others.

Contro: Could do with softer pillows and black out blinds for the bedroom.

Great apartment in a central location, ideal base to expolre all the sights.

Pro: The location of the property is excellent. Only a 10 min walk from train staion. Surounded by shops, cafes, restaurants & the main market is at the end of the block. All the main attractions are 10-15 min walk away. The size of the apartment is perfect for 2 people, any more would be a squeeze. The wi-fi is super fast and consistent. The balcony is a bonus but sadly doesn't get any sun until late afternoon and then only for a short time - it is overlooked from all sides as you would expect from a city apartment. A very warm apartment, never needed to use the heating/air-con unit as it was warm enough without it.

Contro: 2 flights of quite steep stone steps up to the apartment. Appeared to be 1 large apartment split into 2 for the rental market so you can hear the buzzing of their washing machine & air con through the ajoining wall.

Excelente ubicación para disfrutar de la ciudad

Pro: La ubicación es excelente, a pasos de la plaza del mercado central y de la iglesia San Lorenzo. El alojamiento es muy cómodo, agradable y muy bien equipado. Tiene lavadora de ropa y todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la estadía, hasta una botella de vino de cortesía.

Contro: Son dos pisos por escalera.
