Perfect apartment in Florence!

Pro: The villa was perfect! Lovely room with a cosy ensuite, little kitchen and beautiful balcony. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring the city!! And Carolina is the perfect host, really communicative and so helpful! Cannot recommend this apartment enough for a visit to Florence.

Contro: Nothing, the villa was perfect. Just be aware you're on the top floor (4 flights of narrow stairs) - which is how you get the beautiful view from the balcony!

Small but perfectly formed!

Pro: The property was small but perfect for two people, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Excellent central location.

Contro: There was nothing we didn’t like. It was excellent.

Contro: Four flights of stairs up. This was no problem at all for me, but might be an issue for a less able person.

Authentic small apartment in unique central location - very comfortable.

Pro: Great location opposite the Central Market in the middle of the city with everything within walking distance, including the train station. Great set up with a well equipped kitchen and sweet outdoor terrace. Carolina met us at the property and showed us how everything worked and shared with us the best places to get really good food.

Contro: Being opposite a busy market came with early morning noise, but that said, the bedroom is at the back and with the door closed, the noise level was pretty low.

Wonderful location, host and apartment

Pro: Carolina was a wonderful host! She was so responsive and helpful, letting us arrival early to leave our luggage and giving us the keys early too. Location was fabulous - short walk from the train station and across from the market (which has delicious and cheap breakfast and lunch options). Apartment had everything we needed, and terrace was great bonus

Contro: Nothing really. We all know about the narrow staircase that you have to walk up to get to 4th floor, so just make sure you're okay to do this with your luggage and a couple of times a day if you return to the come. The stove is lit by a lighter so we were worried we might burn ourselves but in the end there was no need to cook due to great location and so much delicious food nearby.

Pro: Carolina was so helpful and kind! The house included everything you need and was clean. Location is perfect. Strongly recommended for your visit to Florance!

Perfect location, super clean and safe! Definitely recommend.

Pro: Carolina was ready at the property anticipating our arrival to hand over the keys. She was proactive and reached out to me prior to our trip to arrange a meet-up, which made it much easier approaching the date! She was very friendly, offered recommendations, and even helped my friend and I carry up our luggages. My friend and I were staying the two of us and the area felt very safe, always busy with people. The 4-story walk-up poses a challenge for luggages, but is worth it for the added safety element. In addition, there is a door to the building that is locked, with a gate outside the stairs leading up to the unit. The room was also super spacious, with enough room for both my friend and I to have our luggages open with leftover space. Location was perfect, central to everything, and right around the corner from Zaza's - a must-try in Florence.

Amongst the lively market vibe!

Pro: We really enjoyed staying in amongst the lively San Lorenzo / central market area & the elevated position of this cosy apartment. The outdoor terrace is an asset - fabulous for enjoying an evening drink & dinner. The bed is very comfortable & the bedroom quite spacious. Carolina, our lovely host, met us on arrival with a warm welcome & provided a thorough explanation of everything we needed to know. Communication with Carolina was easy, prompt & very helpful. We'd recommend this apartment for its central location -easy to walk to most sights & the train station.

Contro: Given the summer sun & heat, it would be helpful to have an awning or shadecloth over the terrace roof so this lovely area can be used in the afternoon.
