Beneath the elegant silhouette of Florence Duomo

Pro: We truly enjoyed the two-bedroom apartment, including a great bathroom, located right in the city center. Access to all major sights as well as from the airport by tram is excellent, and it’s just a short walk from the train station, where you can rent a car for trips around the area. From the street, the only sounds you hear are the cathedral bells, which add to the pleasant local atmosphere. Beautiful wooden ceilings. The few stairs up to the apartment were not an issue at all.

Pro: The location was excellent and there was plenty of room. No elevator - but we knew this so not a problem for us. The hosting company was amazing - we forgot some valuables upon checkout - they brought them to their office and packaged them up for our courier to collect. Very thankful for this!!

Contro: The air conditioning in the smaller bedroom didn’t really work - the room didn’t stay cool. The iron wasn’t usable - cord was damaged. No rack for drying clothes. The bathroom had a bad mildew odor. We didn’t report these issues with the apartment during our stay so they didn’t have a chance to remedy.

Pro: The situation could not be better. Close to the cathedral, surrounded by nice restaurants. There is a small supermarket and a coffee shop directly opposite. The flat is clean and tidy. The one room is very large. The other one has a beautiful freskoe on the ceiling. Very charming! The housekeeper welcomed us and explained everything.

Contro: The furnishings are a little careless. There are only three knives in the kitchen. There is no Italian coffee machine. The bed mattresses need to be replaced. They are worn out. There are no hooks to hang up clothes. Just little things that spoil the charm of the flat a little. Not bad, but that would be missing for 10 points. Important: The flat is on the 2nd floor. There is no lift. The stairs are very narrow and steep. Not suitable for people with walking difficulties! I have never had to pay a deposit of 600 euros for comparable accommodation. I tried to reach Appartments Florence Office to ask what to do with the rubbish. They never answered.

Pro: The apartment was spacious and the view of the duomo was amazing. Location was perfect with cafes and restaurants and your door step. Washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, great heating, lovely living room with 2 couches. The bedrooms were large, clean with lots of cupboard space. The beds were amazingly comfortable and clean. Overall the apartment was wonderful.

Contro: The stairs leading up to the 4th floor were a bit smelly.

Fantastic location to explore Florence

Pro: Great location plenty of restaurants close by. Easy checkin. Beds comfy. Pleasant stay. Walking distance to all main sights.

Contro: Having to chase confirmation of bond release.

Fabulous week in Firenze, made more enjoyable by the wonderful property.

Pro: Excellent location, being met for the key handover and explaining everything was first class

Pro: Muy amplio, con dos habitaciones dobles, cocina y baño totalmente equipados. Las camas y almohadas eran muy cómodas. Ubicación excelente, a pocos metros del Duomo

Contro: Las escaleras del edificio eran viejas y algo incómodas.

Pro: Lokacija, nastanitev, čistoča, prostornost. Lokacija je zelo primerna za dnevne obiske različnih kulturnih znamenitosti.

Contro: Posteljni vložek je potreben menjave. Premehak in neudoben.

Pro: Top notch welcome handover. We had a slight issue with the air con (40 degrees+ outside)in the second bedroom and it was sorted really quickly. The bathroom was a hit with my teenage daughters. Despite being in the heart of the city, the apartment is well sound proofed as almost no noise from outside could be heard.

Contro: Not much to not like about this apartment. Might not be suitable for all due to being on the second floor. The kitchen was lacking slightly, in that there was only one wine glass and only 3 knives in the block, but as we were eating out this did not bother us in any way.

Pro: Prostornost in lokacija nastanitve. Pri opremi bi lahko še dodali kakšno malenkost.

Contro: Predlagam namestitev stenskih slik, ki prostor naredijo bolj zanimiv in topel, bolj poln.
