Pro: Molto in stile con il posto, trattamento da gran hotel: frutta, acqua, spumante, 3 televisioni, accoglienza cordiale e premurosa, rapporto qualita/prezzo ottimo
Contro: Bagnetti di servizio non vi utilizzabile per perdita d’acqua, aria condizionata non funzionante in uns camera

Amazing location, amazing stay!!!
Pro: The apartment was amazing, huge, clean, well furnished, confortable and accessible. The location is perfect, you're literally next to the Duomo and you are 10 to 15min walking distance from any main touristic spots.The owner and our contact there were super helpful and kind. We traveled with our 90yo grandma who could stand but also used a foldable wheelchair, and it was perfect for her as the elevator could allow her to go up the floor and then in the apartment everything was easily accessible. The two bedrooms were really big, the kitchen had everything you'd need for a long and nice stay. The bathroom had both a spacious bathtub and shower... Overall we had a wonderful stay really - I'd love to come back with friends on another occasion!
Contro: We got a bit cold at some point and didn't know how to turn up the heaters, but even late in the evening our contact nicely explained us how to adjust the temperature and then all was good for us!

An excellent location with great amenities
Pro: Location was excellent close to all main sites. The building was very secure and we felt very safe. Checking in was easy and very friendly. It was very welcome having a lift to access our floor. Bedrooms were big and access to extra linen was appreciated. Air conditioning in every room was appreciated. I would recommend this apt to anyone.
Contro: It was great having a second bathroom but we couldn’t master the shower curtain and tended to spray everything in the room.

A gem in the heart of Florence
Pro: We had a great stay in Florence as a family of six (my wife, two daughters, and my parents), and this apartment was a big part of it. Francesca, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive — truly above and beyond. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and very well-maintained. The bathroom was particularly impressive, and the doors were solid and secure, which gave us extra peace of mind. Location-wise, you really can't beat it: just steps away from the Duomo, with a mini market and pharmacy right around the corner. Super convenient.
Contro: Florence was unusually hot during our stay, and unfortunately the AC units struggled to keep the apartment cool — especially during peak afternoon hours. Also, the circuit breaker tripped a few times, including once or twice overnight, which was a bit of a nuisance. Other than that, we had very few complaints.

Great quiet apartment
Pro: Very easy host to deal with. Fantastic location with a supermarket, shops and restaurants very close by. Quiet despite being so close to the Duomo.

We would return to this property.
Pro: We specifically booked this property based on location and it having a/c, an elevator, and two bathrooms. Location: GREAT -centrally located in the historical area, literally above a small grocery store and across from a pharmacy. Several excellent restaurants, cafe's and gelato places within a few blocks. A/C: Room units, not as efficient as central a/c but happy to have it. Elevator: Worked well for those not able to climb stairs, and for getting suitcases upstairs. Bathrooms: Main bath was beautiful and modern, and very large. The secondary bath was more of a half bath as the shower head is located on a wall that we were not comfortable using as a shower. A small washer was located under the cabinet in the secondary bath-suitable for washing a few clothes items. The owners of the property were excellent. They met us with keys upon our arrival and were very responsive to any questions.
Contro: The secondary bath was not practical for a shower, but the main bath was very nice!
