Pro: Location , camere ampie, pulizia, disponibile early check-in

Contro: Ascensore guasto, mancavano cialde caffè e acqua.

Pro: It was in the center of Florence, facing the Duomo, a very good location, and you had everything you needed nearby: bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, many shops, and everything else. Mirko was very polite and always ready to help with anything you need.

Contro: The first thing that was really necessary was an elevator,(was out of service)because being on the third floor and after a lot of walking around Florence, you would think twice about going back up to the apartment. I think the apartment needed renovations, starting with the headboards. Slippers were missing, and I would suggest that they at least provide water as a minibar.

Pro: El apartamento muy bonito, amplio, muy cómodo y con todas las instalaciones en perfectas condiciones (aire, calefacción, baños amplios). Ubicación perfecta, céntrica y muy privilegiada.

Contro: El ascensor estaba dañado y hubo que subir las escaleras con maletas. Sin embargo el dueño muy amablemente nos ayudó a subir las maletas.

Pro: Bellini , second 플로어. 엘베 3인가능. 모든 방, 거실 등 4개의 창에서 두오모 돔을 볼수 있어요! 위치 깡패. 가족숙소로 추천요.욕조, 전자렌지, 에어컨 있어요.

Contro: 1. 난방은 입실할때 확실히 알려주는게 좋을거 같고, 주소로만 찾는거 보다는 쿠폴라 식당 이름 알려주는게 더 빠를거 같아요!

Excelente alojamiento en Florencia

Pro: Todo fue perfecto , su ubicacion inmejorable, excelente anfitrión muy atento con todo lo que se necesitaba, el lugar limpio , amplio con todo lo necesario. Volvería a quedarme aqui sin dudarlo

Contro: El elevador es un poco antiguo y pequeño. Va despacio. Es funcional. .

Pro: I just wanted to sincerely thank you for your kind follow-up and great services during our stay. The apartment was spotless, very well organized, and in a perfect strategic location that made everything so convenient. We truly appreciated your hospitality and attention to detail. It really made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Pro: Very spacious with high ceilings. Two big and nice bedrooms, each with a full bathroom. The location is very convenient which is right next to the Dome. We step right into the nice restaurants and shops the minute we leave the house. It is also well sound proofed so no sound from neighbors at all. The owner also lives in the same building so it is easy to communicate. We also enjoyed the owner’s restaurant a lot — one of the best we have tried at Florence. Would definitely come back in the future.

Pro: We had such a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available if we needed anything. The apartment’s location was perfect, close to everything yet peaceful, and the view was simply breathtaking. It made our trip so special, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Pro: Emplacement au cœur de Florence avec vue exceptionnelle sur le Duomo depuis une des chambres. Appartement très spacieux, en cours de réfection, mais rapport qualité-prix imbattable. Hôte très prévenant. On recommande!
