Civico 7 - Sweet Dreams in Florence

A fantastic place to stay with friends with lots of personal space as well as a great communal area. Beautiful old build

Pro: The apartment was a beautiful old building in a quiet street but really close to all the main sights. It was well equipped and it was v helpful to have all the cleaning products provided, even laundry liquid and airers to hang clothes to dry, and an iron. The local restaurants nearby were excellent, and gave an option away from the busier spots. Our top recommendation was Acqua Al 2 at the end of the street, where they do excellent tasting platters of pasta and steaks. Although some reviews mentioned lack of air conditioning, there was an AC in the main living room, and ceiling fans in the bedroom, as well as multiple portable fans, which we found to be adequate.

Contro: A hairdryer would have been a good addition.

Amazing apartment in a great location.

Pro: The size of the rooms and it was nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. Excellent location for sightseeing and opposite an amazing restaurant.

Contro: The only thing that was missing was a kettle for our morning cup of tea!

Great apartment to rest in, plenty of space. Bring earplugs to help sleep through evening street noise and neighbors!

Pro: The location was perfect, close to many main attractions but also far enough away from the Duomo that it wasn’t so crowded.

Contro: The windows were not thick enough to drown out street noise and the upstairs neighbors.

Großzügige, super zentral gelegene Wohnung in einem alten Palazzo

Pro: Sehr großzügige Wohnung, in mitten der Altstadt gelegen, zum Dom oder den Uffizien sind es jeweils nur 5min zu Fuß. 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder, große Wohnküche. Alles sehr sauber

Contro: Die Küchenausstattung war etwas dünn, wir waren viel draußen.

Pro: Wonderful place. It was much hotter than anyone could have predicted. Having more fans or A/C would have helped it to be more comfortable, but they did what they did for this extreme heat wave!

We had a wonderful time. The weather was very hot, but they did have fans.

Pro: The place was great. Having the door code to get in and the lock box available was nice. Unfortunately, there is only 1 copy of the keys which is difficult when traveling with another couple. The place was really lovely and well furnished and the laundry was a HUGE plus.

Contro: There was no AC and the elevator went down while we were checking out. Not the property's fault, but both things made the stay tough during a heat wave in Florence. We had trouble finding the front door at first, it would be nice to have a photo of the door before we arrived.
