Very pleasant stay in Florence apartment

Pro: The location of the apartment is great. One can walk to the historic area of Florence, else there is a bus stop which takes one there in 15 minutes. Very easy access from the airport using a combination of trams T1/T2. The apartment is fairly large and comfortable.

Contro: There is smoke coming into the apartment from an adjacent apartment through a connecting door. (this could easy be solved by using masking tape to seal of gaps between door and doorframe) Also matrasses are not of great quality or else they once were and now need replacing. However these are only minor issues in an otherwise very nice apartment.

Pro: Lorenzo is a very friendly host. He is very communicative and helpful. The place is about 30 min walk from the historic city center away. On the way there are nice cafes for having breakfast. The train station is about 20 min away. Bus station is just in front of the house.

Contro: There was a weak odor from smoking coming from the neighboring appartment.

Great location and apartment. Quiet area and safe building

Pro: Lorenzo was a wonderful host and met us at the property to hand over the keys. The property was lovely and spacious and very clean and suited our family perfectly. It was located a close walk to the train station and just outside the central areas. There is also a bus and tram stop just over the road that we used regularly. The building itself felt very safe and the doors were always locked. It is on the ground floor but has a couple of steps to access the main front door. I travelled with my nan who uses a walking stick and this was fine for her.

Contro: Only thing missing for us was a toaster. I travelled with my nan and she did miss her morning toast. But apart from that it was perfect.

Pro: Location is absolutely perfect! To centre, from centre? easy! From airport, to airport? EAAASY!!!

Pro: Asunto on tilava. Ilmanvaihto on riittävä. Linja-autopysäkit ihan heti ulko-oven vieressä. Samoin raitiovaunu. Eli liikenneyhteydet on hyvät. Sijainti n. kilometrin sivussa keskusta eli alue on rauhallinen.

Notre séjour fut très agréable et restera dans nos mémoire.

Pro: L'appartement est idéalement situé à proximité du centre ville historique, avec les transports en commun au pied de l'immeuble: bus, tramway. En marchant, 20 minutes suffisent pour atteindre le centre, la gare ou encore le ponto vechio. Les chambre sont spacieuses, l'appartement est très plaisant. Notre hôte a été serviable et accueillant. Des petits commerces se situent par ailleurs à proximité pour assurer la partie logistique nécessaire au séjour: supérette, boucherie...

Séjour un peu court ! Il y a tellement à voir à Florence et les environs.

Pro: Appartement situé dans un quartier calme, et bien placé.

Séjour très agréable dans un appartement adapté à un court séjour touristique.

Pro: Proximité avec le centre ville, la gare et les commerces. Appartement spacieux.

Contro: Le bruit extérieur, ou de l entrée. Vaisselle un peu juste : pas de bol.
