We would stay at the apartment again anytime.
Pro: The location of the apartment is excellent. Close to the railway station and our conference as well as the inner city.
Contro: It was difficult to get two heavy suitcases up the stairs. We didn’t mind but important to know for someone who might struggle with unusually high stairs.

Must-stay in Firenze
Pro: We fell in love when we saw the pictures, and the apartment looked exactly like it should. Wonderful interior inspired me and I already plan how to implement some of the devour at my home. We met lovely manager of the place who helped us with storring our luggage. Apartament was very clean, modern, and surprised us positively in many ways. We could listen to the birds outside in the evening while having cup of tea. Location was very convenient and we were not aware in the first place how close it is to the train station and Duomo at the same time. Kitchen, bathroom and bedroom had everything we needed - there were many plates, towels and pillows waiting for us. The host was lovely and supportive, checking in was smooth and easy. I can say with full confidence that I can't imagine our next stay in Florence without this place.

Fantastic Florence Apartment
Pro: The apartment is wonderful. It is beautifully laid out with modern features. The bathroom is spacious, clean, and includes laundry. The windows open up to let in the cool air and the sounds of street music. The neighborhood feels very safe. The apartment is also an easy five-minute walk to the train station, which offers luggage storage if you want to explore the city after checkout. If you are not in shape or have heart problems, the stairs can be a challenge at first. However, you get used to them after the first day. My 9-year-old had no complaints about the sofa bed, though it may not be well padded enough for an adult. This booking is absolutely worth it—you won’t regret it.

Pro: 위치! 위치가 최고입니다. 청결하고 예쁘게 만들어진 곳입니다. The location! The location is excellent. It's a clean and beautifully designed place.
Contro: 1. The slow response from the accommodation (I requested extra towels, but received no reply for 4 days). 2. The air conditioner filter was covered in black dust (I cleaned it myself). 3. There is no shower booth door, so water splashes everywhere. 4. The TV is small. 5. In the evening, streetlights, or in the morning, sunlight comes directly into the bedroom. It would be nice to have blackout curtains or similar. 6. The kitchen sink does not drain properly even with a small amount of food residue, which is inconvenient. 7. It would be nice to have chopsticks available. 8. It would be helpful if you could provide convenience, such as luggage storage, until the next guest arrives for check-in. 9. As mentioned in the room information, there is no elevator. The 3rd floor in Italy is equivalent to the 4th floor in other countries. The stairs are narrow, making it very inconvenient to carry large luggage up and down. 1. 빠르지 못한 숙소의 대처(여분의 수건 요청 했으나 4일간 대답이 없음) 2. 에어컨 필터의 새까만 먼지(셀프로 청소 완료함) 3. 샤워부스 문이 없어 물이 다 튐 4. 작은 tv 5. 저녁에 가로등이 비치거나 아침에 해가 떴을 때 빛이 침실로 전부 들어옵니다. 암막커튼 등이 있으면 좋겠습니다. 6. 싱크대 배수가 약간의 음식물만 있어도 되질 않습니다. 불편합니다. 7. 젓가락도 있으면 좋겠습니다 8. 다음 체크인 할 사람 도착 전 까지 짐 보관 등 이용자 편의를 봐주면 좋겠음 9. 방 안내에 적혀있지만 엘리베이터가 없습니다. 이탈리아 3층은 다른 나라 기준으로는 4층입니다. 계단이 좁아서 큰 짐을 들고 오르내리기에는 매우 불편합니다.

Contro: Las escaleras para acceder al apartamento. Somos una familia con una hija de 17 años. Si fuera alguna persona mayor o con algún tipo de discapacidad no es accesible. Son bastantes y de una altura considerable
