Confortevole e adeguato al nostro soggiorno
Pro: La vicinanza alla stazione e ai principali monumenti della città. Tutti i comfort quasi come a casa propria. La flessibilità nel check out e la facilità nelle comunicazioni con l’host
Contro: Il primo piano senza ascensore non ci ha creato problemi ma per chi ha difficoltà potrebbe essere un ostacolo

Alloggio perfetto a Firenze
Pro: Posizione perfetta e un’atmosfera accogliente come a casa. La suddivisione indipendente delle stanze e la struttura della casa mi hanno fatto sentire davvero in viaggio.
Contro: Non ci sono stati grandi problemi, ma all’ingresso è stato un po’ difficile capire quale campanello suonare (molti nomi erano mancanti o cancellati). Inoltre, quando si preme il 2° piano nell’ascensore, il display indica il 1° piano (non spaventatevi). All’interno era tutto perfetto, solo la luce del bagno risultava un po’ debole e fioca. Si tratta comunque di aspetti comprensibili in una città antica e non sono certo problemi tali da abbassare la valutazione dell’alloggio.

Pro: Very good location, just 5 min walk to the train station. The apartment is big with two separate bedrooms and one living room. The lift is from the first floor, not the ground floor. However it’s fine.

Pro: Amazing location, situated right between the railway station and Duomo. Everything is within 10 minutes walk and nice supermarkets are nearby. Cooking facilities are good and the self check-in process is seamless.
Contro: Beware of short circuit if you switch on the washing machine, water boiler and heater at the same time. Water pressure of the shower is a bit weak, and lighting in the apartment is dim, not ideal for working.

Exceptional!
Pro: Hands-down one of the best stays we've experienced, we would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Florence and would definitely want to stay here again should we return to Florence in the future! The unit is actually quite large, with a lovely little living-room area, a well-stocked kitchen with everything we needed during our stay, a sizeable bathroom that was very clean and modern, and both bedrooms had huge, comfortable beds, and the air conditioning being adjustable by room was incredible given it was almost 40-degrees during our visit. Despite being located on a major street, we didn't have any issues with it being noisy at night when trying to sleep (probably a combination of the A/C and the bedrooms facing away from the street). It's also very conveniently located, within walking distance to everything, and only a 5-minute walk from the train station.
Contro: The kitchen is quite tight, and the wifi doesn't reach to the back bedroom.

Pro: 1) The setup of the house was beautiful and conducive, 2) The location is very close to the train station and the amenities is located close to the apartment. 3) The host Emanuele was responsive with our queries and requests. He’s very sweet, dropped by and introduced himself, assist me with our requests. 4) Great location to access all the nearby attractions.
Contro: Something minor though - 1) Need to get up 1 floor up to access the elevator. The apartment is on the second floor. 2) Pls get your own detergent if u plan to wash your clothes. It may have been overlooked.

Pro: Apartamento espaçoso, excelente também para estadias mais longas. O anfitrião deu todas as informações necessárias para que a nossa estadia fosse agradável e sem grandes preocupações. Recomendo a todos que queriam conhecer Florença e ficar perto da estação e das principais atracções.
