UNYCA - Florence Central Loft

Walking distance to everything!

Pro: Right in the centre of it all, a very quick walk from the station and walking distance to everything on the ‘to do in Florence list.’ Easy to access, comfortable beds and good seating area.

Contro: This was fine for us as my daughter is a heavy sleeper but because it’s so central there is noise from the street at times, also could use a toaster - but overall amazing!

Excellent Stay in Florence.

Pro: The apartment was in an excellent location. It was very close to the main Florence transport hub (train, bus and tram). Also very close to the main attractions. It was very comfortable.

Contro: It was a little noisy. As it was on a busy street. Although it was manageable with double glazed windows. The kitchen could have done with some more home comforts, eg. salt and pepper.

Pro: Very cozy and big apartment near central station and old town. Two double comfortable beds! Super clean!

Very convenient, well located and well equipped apartment for a visit to Florence

Pro: Perfect location for a visit to Florence. A short walk to all attractions. A well equipped apartment and well maintained

Contro: 22 steps to get to apartment, without an elevator, and a bit of a challenge with big luggage. However, we were assisted by the staff who checked us in.

Pro: Very good location and it was spacious. Personnel were easy to communicate with.

Contro: Stairs were ok as expected but difficult to manage if with big luggage. additional hangers for clothes and hooks inside the bathroom to hang items would Be appreciated.

Charmante und zentrale Toplage

Pro: Top-Lage in Gehdistanz von den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten (5-10-15min). Betten waren bequem. Unkomplizierte persönliche Schlüsselübergabe. Eine Flasche Rotwein als Willkommensgeschenk…sehr schöne Geste. Altbauwohnung sehr charmant. Umgebung hat viele Restaurants, Shoppingläden und Bars/Bistros. Preis-Leistung war sehr gut für Firenze und Toplage.

Contro: Dusche hat (oben) einen fixen grossen Duschkopf befestigt und kein flexibler Hand-Duschkopf. Es fehlt eine Ablage in der Dusche sowie Hacken um Tücher aufzuhängen. Küchenausstattung ist ok…jedoch schneiden die Küchenmesser zu wenig und es fehlt ein kleiner Topf um Milch aufzuwärmen. Trotz Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine (flache Kapseln) ist der Kaffee wässerig….sehr schade…evtl müsste Maschine ersetzt oder revidiert werden. Es fehlte ein Putzlappen für den Boden, falls was Flüssiges vom Boden aufzuwischen ist. Es sind alles Kleinigkeiten, welche als Verbesserungsvorschläge verstanden werden sollten. Ich würde die Wohnung wieder mieten (hoffen dass es einen besseren Kaffee gibt in der Zwischenzeit) und diese auch weiter empfehlen.

Mi primer viaje a Italia

Pro: Está cerca de la estación de tren y de la parada del tranvía que va al aeropuerto. Bien situado, cerca del duomo, del mercado, capillas médici... Es un apartamento amplio, con aire acondicionado. No se puede dejar el equipaje cuando dejas el apartamento, aunque cerca en la vía de la scala hay un hotel que hace esquina y lo puedes dejar por 6 € sin reservas, muy fácil. En esta misma calle hay una papelería que también guarda equipaje por el mismo precio, pero tiene menos horario. Y en esta misma calle hay un restaurante muy recomendable, la grota de leo, justo enfrente de la farmacia más antigua del mundo. En líneas generales recomendable este alojamiento

Contro: Se oía mucho el ruido de la calle. Solo nos dejaron un juego de llaves y no funcionaba el telefonillo de fuera. Éramos tres personas y solo nos dejaron dos cápsulas de café, luego no pudimos comprar porque no encontramos ese modelo en ningún supermercado. Hubiera preferido una cafetera italiana, aunque esto es un gusto personal.

Pro: Odalar çok ferah, iç merdivenle asma kata çıkış ve ikinci yatak olanağı, mutfak da her türkü olanak sağlanmış, kahve makinesi dahil,banyo sarf malzemeleri hiç birşey eksik değildi, konumu mükemmel şehrin merkezinde her yere ulaşımı çok rahat

Pro: Great apartment, on a great location, close to the station, 5 minutes from the Duomo plazza, right on a busy street with bakeries and restaurants. Has everything you could need for a stay, great wide space with rustic details and lots of ammenities. Great value for the apartment you get. Big recommendation!
