Quiet apartment in a great location. Lots of room for 2 people. All facilities worked very well.

Pro: Great location and easy access to the apartment. The mattress on the bed has been replaced and is very comfortable. The apartment is quiet and within easy walking distance to all sights and great restaurants Florence has to offer. Apartment has full kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Could use a microwave though.

Contro: Should have a microwave.

Great location, easy check in. Team must replace the mattress with something more suitable.

Pro: The location is excellent, very central yet quiet and away from the buzz of the city. Ample space for two people.

Contro: The mattress on the sofa bed needs to be replaced! It is not fit for being slept on. It really impacted the quality of sleep.

Pro: Location, vibes, wifi, Paulius was kind enough to accommodate our request to change the rusty kettle.

Contro: The mattress isn’t comfortable and amenities given to us for 6 nights is quite minimal.

I truly enjoyed my stay. I always felt safe, it felt like I was part of the old city.

Pro: The location was superb. It was walking distance to many major attractions, and an easy walk to the station to get access to the other attractions.

Contro: Not knowing Firenze, it was a bit tough finding the apartment plus I had some problems with my international sim card, which meant I could not contact anyone. Luckily others staying at the same location could contact Paulius (who was great) and he was very quick to assist. I stayed in the studio apartment; the sofa bed is not the most comfortable.

Pro: Convenient location for me; comfortable and quiet. Kitchen and washing machine a great benefit.

Pro: Liked the room. Hated the couch bed. Had nowhere to entertain guests or sit without being in bed. TV worked but there was no volume. Asked to have it looked at and it was never fixed.

Great apartment for seeing Florence and having a home base. Would definitely stay again!

Pro: Best location in Florence, everything close yet the apartment was very quiet. Also loved the terrace, and the layout of the apartment.

Contro: They didn’t offer much in way of kitchen supplies. 1 trash bag, 1 toilet roll in each bathroom, and 1 dishwasher pod, we ended up buying more. For 6 days with 4 guests, not enough.

Pro: Ausgezeichnete ruhige zentrale Lage. Sehr hilfsbereite Betreuung durch den Vermieter.

Contro: Kein Bett sondern leider nur ein ausziehbares, wenn auch neues, Sofa. Dementsprechend vom Schlafkomfort her leider nicht länger als zwei Tage zu empfehlen! Bad etwas abgenutzt, keine Seife.

Pro: Location is fantastic. Even though it was central, it was quiet.

Contro: Disappointed to find that for the price I paid there was only a sofa bed and not a proper bed. The room was very big and could have fit both a bed and a sofa, but since the sofa bed was pulled out throughout my stay, I would much have preferred a comfortable bed.

Contro: Shower of main bedroom was spotty with hot water. Other shower was fine.
