Bright Last-Floor Apartment with Terrace

Pro: Great location, everything you need is in a 5 min walk.

Pro: Excellent communication, we were greated at the door and had help with all of our luggage up the elevator. Had a walk through of the apartment and provided with very helpful tips and recommendations for around the city. The apartment was very spacious and clean, had everything we could need. The bonus space of the beautiful terrace was a highlight for sunsets! Location was amazing, large grocery store around the corner along with many shops, cafes and restaurants. Bus stop across the main street and walking distance to many areas. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

A great 4 day stay in Florence. A beautiful walk to the Duomo and other sites in Florence.

Pro: Very spacious with aircons and fly screens. Two toilets. Very comfortable.

Pro: Location was very convenient for walking in to town. There were lots of places to eat and shop nearby. Good recommendations for restaurants to try in the information provided. Air conditioning was valuable too.

Contro: The road outside was very noisy on one night during our stay

Pro: The living room was uncommonly spacious and decor throughout the apartment was lovely. The AC works very well and coffee on the terrace was particularly pleasant. We have been coming to Florence twice per year for 20 years. This is one of the best apartment we have stayed in.

Contro: The person delivering the keys seemed half-awake.

Pro: Excellent location with walking distance of most attractions. Great area. A/C worked very well.

Contro: Had to ask for a fan for the 2nd bedroom as no A?C in that room. Supplied speedily and was v helpful. Quite a few small things. Fridge didnt stay closed well, shelves in bathroom kept falling open.

Just like home - comfortable stay in Florence

Pro: We enjoyed staying in this lovely apartment. It is comfortable, beautiful, there is enough space in it. There are windows in every room, so it is enough light. In the evening we had great time on terrace. All the information we got, what was needed, on a very polite way. There are good places for breakfast, dinner and also for shopping(COOP) nearby. Next time we would happily stay here again!

Pro: Beautiful apartment with vintage furniture but and with all the modern necessary equipment. Perfect location. The terrace provides privacy and a stunning view of the city. We loved it.

Magnifique séjour à Florence

Pro: Parfaite situation, hôte qui répondait rapidement et gentiment. La terrasse très agréable. Comme il faisait très beau, nous y avons mangé plusieurs fois à l'heure de midi.

Contro: Quelques équipements électriques sont un peu vétustes.

Pro: Le quartier. L'emplacement près du centre historique. On peut tout faire à pied. L'espace dans l'appartement, les 2 toilettes, l’ascenseur et bien sûr la terrasse.
