Ottimo soggiorno

Pro: Appartamento in ottima posizione vicino al centro, pulita e accogliente.Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e disponibile.

Una chicca di Firenze

Pro: La posizione è ottima. La via è piena di negozi e di vita la sera. La camera è silenziosa, spaziosa e molto pulita. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto sfruttare la Jacuzzi in balcone in quanto troppo freddo ( eravamo lì a Novembre ). Il bagno era enorme e pulitissimo. La posizione rispetto al centro storico è ottima e la possibilità di lasciare la macchina al parcheggio interno non è per niente da sottovalutare. Inoltre è presente anche un parcheggio coperto a pochi metri. Nel nostro caso, il proprietario ci ha permesso di lasciare l'auto fino al pomeriggio del giorno di partenza. Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile, tanto da fornirci 2 culle per le nostre bimbe, con tanto di cuscini appositi. Ci torneremo sicuramente se passeremo in zona.

Contro: Unica nota dolente, per accedere allo stabile è necessario salire delle scale abbastanza ripide, una persona anziana o, come nel nostro caso, con i passeggini è stato necessario lasciarli in auto e portare le valige su in più riprese.

Pro: Appartamento appena fuori della zona ZTL, comunque praticamente in centro e comoda a tutti i negozi

Pro: Ottima posizione in termini di servizi, parcheggio auto, ristoranti e bar per la colazione.

Contro: Il bagno di una delle due camere, anche se ad uso esclusivo, era esterno alla camera e nel piano c'era anche una terza camera con altre persone, quindi a livello di privacy non era il massimo.

Pro: Great location... we felt like we were living where locals live. Still very close to the major attractions... walking distance to Pomte Vecchio and so much more. The apartment is well appointed and the terrace is fabulous! Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive...highly recommend!

Pro: Excellent location near the city center. Pretty room with a double bed and a double sofa bed, furnished with a kitchenette. The bathroom is outside the room (I think meant to be shares with the other rooms, when booked. It was a private one for us since there were no other guest in the other rooms). It's located inside a compound and it is at the first floor reached by stairs. Alex was very helpful with instructions to reach the accommodation as well as restaurant recommendations.

Pro: Great location, had everything we needed including some kitchen supplies!!!!

Contro: The ‘private bathroom’ was across the hall and was available for use by other guests.

Nice stay in a great location and a great and accommodating host

Pro: Nice cosy flat in a great location in central Florence (20 min) walk from the duomo and other tourist destinations, bathroom was clean and had what I required and kitchen had decent facilities

Contro: The mosquito net on the window didn’t fully close.

Pro: Good walking distance to everything. Clean, quiet and very spacious.the host was very accomodating with everything we needed and communicate very well. Thank you Alex for a wonderful stay. Cheers Marietta and family
