Comfortable and clean apartment in a great location.

Pro: Great location - walking distance to everything and very close to big Coop supermarket. Lots of cafes and bars and shops nearby. Apartment was quiet, warm, clean and comfortable. Good sized bed. Great communication and instructions.

Contro: Some kitchen items could be refreshed maybe - everything was clean but some items were a little chipped/damaged. A footstool or coffee table might be nice in the sitting room if possible.

Pro: Everything about the apartment, its cosy ,right in the centre .Clean and comfortable 😊,value for money and experience 👌

Pro: Great location, great stay, I'd be back for sure.

Contro: I missed a coffee machine.

Best location, best quality to cost for group of 5

Pro: - Amazing localization - very busy during the day, close to historical city center, quiet enough during the night, close to our new favorite shop Coop. We did notice that neighbours upstair are a little heavy footed but night silence hours are respected. - Comfortable for 5 people - Everything was clean and prepared for our arrival (apartment looks like on photos) - Easy check-in once we figured out Italian building numering - AC! It's hot in here in April. - Overall quality was great - TV in each room was nice, you can connect them to your phone via cable to watch YT

Contro: - The only thing that was little annoying was ironing board which really needs new cover - Staircase is a little smelly but it's not affecting apartment

Pro: Central location close to main attractions with a short walk. Small unit with all facilities and well stocked with appliances. Easy and safe access.

Contro: Very thin walls and floors making it quite noisy, especially in the bedroom where you can hear people using the toilet behind whilst you are laying in bed. The water pressure in the shower isn’t very good and can’t use the kitchen sink and shower at the same time or the stream is minimal.

Très pratique pour visiter Florence

Pro: Un spacieux appartement , avec une petite terrasse dont nous n'avons pas pu profiter à cause de la météo malheureusement. Très calme car ne donnant pas sur la rue qui, elle, est animée (cafés, boulangeries, commerces divers). Le lave-linge est appréciable pour un séjour de plusieurs jours. Tout le centre historique est accessible facilement à pied, en marchant 20 à 30 minutes, les bus sont très proches également (à 3-5 min). Et Florence est si belle !!

Contro: Ni produit vaisselle ni torchon dans la cuisine à notre arrivée, mais des tablettes pour lave-vaisselle alors qu'il n'y en a pas...On aurait aimé trouver également du sel et du poivre, un peu d'huile, c'est-à-dire quelques produits de base qu'on n'a pas forcément envie d'acheter pour 5 jours. C'est étonnant alors que plusieurs petits savons et mini-bouteilles de shampoing, ainsi que deux tablettes pour le lave-linge étaient fournis...
