Loft Pandolfini

In pienissimo centro!

Pro: Posizione super, alloggio grande, pulito, accogliente e molto particolare. Persino molto fresco! Nonostante i 36 gradi esterni, dentro non ho acceso il condizionatore!

Contro: Unica pecca l'attrezzatura della cucina. Pochissime pentole e padelle, queste ultime chiaramente vecchie e usurate. Non mi sono fidata ad utilizzarle.

Exceptional flat with a bath in the middle of Florence

Pro: The flat is located close to Florence's city center, although the area is not very noisy. The flat is spacious with a main room and bedroom on the floor. It includes all necessary appliances - fridge, fully equipped kitchen, oven, washing machine etc. The bath is a very nice addition

Contro: The water massage in the bath was not working. The ceiling in the bedroom is very low so I wouldn't recommend this flat to very tall people. Also it can get quite cold inside due to strong AC. Last but not least there are two locations with the same number on the street which can make it more difficult to locate the accommodation.

Unique apartment in a great area of Florence

Pro: The location is amazing so close to all things in Florence, and round the corner from my favourite piasa Santa croce there is a lot of space in this apartment living space and the look of the mezzanine is amazing too! There is plenty of things going on in the kitchen, although I only used the hob for the mocha pot the oven is there, washing machine and giant fridge freezer. The bathroom is a great size also with storage in the sink unit with hairdryer. The character of the hallway and building entrance is fantastic also and the A/C works very well too. The pics are a good representation of the place that you get in person

Contro: The TV wasn't very modern at my time of visit so I didn't have anything to watch in my own language/news ect. The bed wasn't great but the mezzanine isn't very tall either so they have to work with the space.

Stylish Florence apartment in great location

Pro: Location is ideal for walking to all Florence sights. Well equipped and very stylish.

Contro: Mezzanine bedroom is cool feature but staircase is difficult and beams are low. Neighborhood can be a bit loud at night too as there is night club just up the street so lots of people noise at closing time.

Très central mais quelques bémols

Pro: L'appartement est très central, à quelques minutes de l'essentiel des sites et des musées. Le logement est vaste et parfait pour 2 personnes. La cuisine, bien que petite, est assez bien équipée et la présence de café, huile et condiments est appréciable. Le wifi est bon.

Contro: Le logement est situé en rez-de-chaussée, ce qui le rend peu lumineux et à plusieurs occasions très bruyant la nuit avec la présence stationnaire de joyeux fêtards entre 2 et 4 heures du matin. Il est quasiment impossible de fermer les rideaux sans monter à l'échelle car ils n'ont ni oeillets ni anneaux mais sont à pattes sans présence de glisseurs et très longs. Il y a 2 climatiseurs de marque différentes, mais aucune explication pour leur fonctionnement. Il a donc fallu improviser pour chauffer en cette saison assez froide et humide ce qui est loin d'être évident... Le jacuzzi sur la mezzanine, c'est sympa mais uniquement décoratif car il ne s'allumait pas. En conclusion, je dirais que c'est bien pour un court séjour avec un peu plus d'entretien et d'explications pour le confort de l'occupant. Rapport qualité-prix correct.

Pro: Framför allt det centrala läget ! Mitt i sevärdheterna 👍 Lägenheten var välutrustad och inredningen var charmig.
