Spacious and airy in the centre

Pro: Good facilities and lots of space, nice view into courtyard at back.

Contro: The steps up to bedroom were a little narrow, and needed concentration whne going to bathroom

Pro: The apartment’s location is great for travelers, with well-developed surrounding amenities. The interior is fully equipped. The only downside is that Florence has been a bit chilly at night recently, and the upstairs bedroom doesn’t have a radiator, so I had to use the air conditioning for heating while sleeping. The reception staff is very friendly and provided a detailed guide for sightseeing and staying, which covered almost all potential questions. Additionally, they offered two keys, which is more convenient for two adults traveling together.

Perfect days in Florence.

Pro: It was a great location. The apartment is clean and comfortable for friends or for a family. My daughter is vegan, so it is possible to buy some food and prepare breakfast or dinner in the apartment and go to the centre for a drink. It was easy to buy some food in the market or in the local groceries.

Contro: Everything was perfect for us except for tickets for the trains. Because we were coming on Saturday from Milan the train tickets were sold for many trains. The tickets that we bought were really expensive.

Pro: Lovely hosts who met us at the property, gave us a quick tour and some nice recommendations for activities/restaurants. Very close to the historic centre of Florence so easy to pop back during the day. Quirky little apartment with an upstairs/mezzanine bedroom, nice living area and small fully functional kitchen. The washing machine was especially handy when my shampoo exploded inside my suitcase. We also appreciated small things like the salt/pepper/olive oil in the kitchen. Hosts were very helpful, great at communicating, and were easy going about making the upstairs beds into two singles for my mum and I, rather than pushed together for a shared bed. I would be delighted to stay here again.

Contro: The wooden stairs up to the mezzanine are old and a little perilous, this was fine for us, I even liked the quirky charm, but I mention it because this could be a significant issue for someone with mobility issues.

Pro: The apartment was cozy and clean and walking distance to everything. The host was very helpful too.

Pro: Very nice place in the center of Florence, the upside is everything is reachable by foot, the downside is you get to hear the nightlife even if you don't participate.

Contro: Incredibly loud at night from neighbors. Closing the bedroom door and using white noise while sleeping fixed most of the noise issue but people are insanely loud sometimes.

Contro: Cam departe de locul de parcare, dar acest lucru este normal avand in vedere unde este pozitionata locatia.
