Apartment in Florence's Heart: Via delle Seggiole

Ottimo

Pro: La posizione dell'appartamento. La disponibilità e gentilezza di Paola, che non solo ci ha permesso di lasciare le valige in appartamento dopo il check out ma ci ha anche consigliato dei posti a Firenze. Letti e cuscini comodi, coperte calde. Tutto pulito. Asciugamani, phon, shampoo, sapone e bagnodoccia disponibili.

Contro: La stanza non si riscaldava tanto, faceva un po' freddino. Difficoltà apertura e chiusura porte. Ci sono 3 rampe di scale e non c'è ascensore. Una cosa che potrebbe dare fastidio è il chiasso/rumore da fuori. L'appartamento si trova in una strada un po' trafficata e quindi capita di sentire gente fare casino di notte. A me personalmente non ha dato fastidio

Amazing, location and service practically 4 mins from everywhere !!

Pro: Loved the location, clean with very attentive host. Had all the facilities required for a visit to Florence. Pretty furniture. Very comfortable beds!!Beautiful clean sheets.

Contro: Front bedroom very noisy at night. You would expect in this great location. Ok if you are out late but not if you are older.

Pro: Great location, clean and serviceable. Paola gave us some great recommendations.

Contro: As with any close quarter living the noises are something you either are used to or not. We were not. That isn't the fault of the property just something to be aware of.

Comfortable and very central

Pro: The location was very central. The property was very spacious with great facilities.

Contro: The patrons leaving the night club across the road in the early hours of the morning. So bring ear plug to sleep.

Excellent location. Good value. Great base for a stay in Florence.

Pro: The location was excellent, within easy walking of all the attractions we wished to visit. The security in the flat was good and we felt safe. There was a very good instruction manual. The kitchen was well equiped. The wifi was excellent, download 90mbps at least but reached 800mbps one morning, upload around 175mbps. The main bed was comfortable on the soft side, the second bed somewhat harder. The air con kept us cool throughout the flat even though it was only in the main room. There was a good place for breakfast very close, and lots of good restaurants in the immediate area. The noise levels were acceptable given that we were in the middle of busy city.

Contro: The curtains couldn't be drawn back and had no tie backs, so the flat tendy to be a bit dingy. There was no ventilation in the toilet. There was no one to meet us at the property even though we had kept them posted on the progress of our journey. After a short time of waiting they sent us a code to get in but it was about 25minutes before someone arrived to introduce us to the flat.

Florence like a local!

Pro: Before our arrival, our host Matias was very welcoming and give us a lots of tips about Florence navigation( different options on to get around from the airport to the property). Upon arrival, we were greeted by Paola. She gave us a tour of the property, explain how everything works, gave us great recommendation (restaurants, grocery store, area....). We were very happy and thankful for Paola. She took the time to welcome us. Our host was available if we needed any assistance. The place was very clean, spacious, great shower and comfortable beds. Great location. We would return to this property!

Pro: The apartment is nice and cozy. The location is great. Matias was a great host, he helps us with everything.

Pro: Great location- quaint old style furniture but modern kitchen and bathroom. Lots of hot water. Great host - lots of communication. Had a greeter to handover keys who even carried our bag up. Restaurant recommendations which we used every night. Was perfect for us.

9/10 would book again

Pro: Excellent communication with the hosts and very easy to get checked in and out. The location of the apartment is just too good, you will be a short walk away from pretty much everything. We found the apartment itself very comfortable and clean.

Contro: A 2nd AC unit or at least a big fan in the main bedroom for summer months would be a good idea since these heatwaves are only going to get worse. Like others have said, noise throughout the night - but it's an expected trade off really for staying right in the center of one of the most visited cities on Earth. Nothing hosts can do since they can't install sound proof windows on historical buildings.

Perfekte Lage, aber nicht leise

Pro: Eine gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit fast Allem was man braucht. Jedenfalls für einen Kurzurlaub. Bei einem längeren Urlaub fehlen ein paar Dinge. Gut waren die vorhandenen Spülmaschinensteine. Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden und konnten uns auf Englisch unterhalten. Das hat alles prima geklappt. Die Lage ist perfekt. Sehenswürdigkeiten, Lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind bequem mit kurzem Fussweg zu erreichen

Contro: Bei einem Aufenthalt von 15 Tagen sind 2 Rollen Toilettenpapier, 1 Küchenrolle und nur 1 Set Körperhandtücher zu wenig. Das 2. Set hätten wir bezahlen müssen. Küchenhandtücher waren garnicht vorhanden. Es wurde uns allerdings nach Anfrage 1 Geschirrhandtuch gebracht. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt sind wir es aus anderen südlichen Ländern gewohnt, dass einem nach 1 Woche neue Bettwäsche zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Es gab auch keine Möglichkeit gewaschene Wäsche zu trocknen. Kein Wäscheständer für Kleinwäsche. Das Haus und die Wohnstrasse selber sind ruhig, aber die Gäste aus benachbarten Lokalen und die sich zur Abholung für die Arbeit versammelndern Angestellten konnten mit ihren Stimmen mühelos durch die Einfachverglasung dringen und haben so mache Nacht eine Menge Schlaf geraubt.
