Pro: Location is central , yet the apartment is quiet and private The size of the apartment is good .

Contro: The late check in (4 pm) - this is unusual! The check out is latest 10 am.So there is a 6 hour gap - haven’t seen that in other properties. The cleaning could be better ( with 6 hour gap!) I did Ty have to cook at all- but if you plan on cooking in the apartment- the utensils are limited and old . A dryer is listed - but there is no dryer and when I asked they said it’s a mistake .

Pro: Es un departamento amplisimo, comodo, bien logrado, luminoso, insonorizado, y con todo el confort que se requiere. Tuve un solo problema el primer dia que no salia agua caliente y lo resolvieron de inmediato. La ubicacion es maravillosa a metros del Duomo, el lugar iconico de Florencia y donde hay que estar, cerca de todo, pero a la vez sin ningun problema de ruido, de muchedumbre y otras cuestiones molestas. A la vuelta hay un supermercadito donde poder aprovisionarse y utilizar la hermosa cocina y completisima que tiene el depto con todos los utensillos necesarios. No le falta nada, Impecable!!!

Fantastic location, really appreciated the washing machine!

Pro: The apartment was fantastic. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We especially appreciated having a washing machine to do our laundry and Yanez had left us enough soap pods to do 2 loads which was great. There was also a large folding drying rack which we could set up in the apt to dry our clothes. Also, the apartment was very quiet. The location was perfect. It was only a few minutes walk to the Uffizi and a couple of minutes to the Duomo. We didn't use the dishwasher, but Yanez had also left a couple of dishwashing pods on the counter for our use which was very considerate. We would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Florence.

Contro: Wish we could have stayed longer :)

Lugar muy cómodo para salir sin problemas de dia y noche

Pro: Su ubicación en pleno centro histórico, la comodidad del lugar donde nos sentimos muy cómodos. Desayuno no brindaba pero tenías todos los servicios en la manzana.

Contro: Que el acceso al departamento era por escaleras. Nosotros teníamos mucho equipaje y eso fue un pequeño problema
