Vicino al Duomo
Pro: Abbiamo soggiornato in cinque in questo appartamento a luglio, la posizione eccellente a un passo dal duomo, l'accoglienza è stata ottima soprattutto perchè l'agenzia ci ha lasciato depositare i bagagli da loro in attesta del cechk in, l'appartamento è fornito di tutto il necessario: lavastoviglie, microonde, macchinetta del caffè . . . e per finire l'aria condizionata è stata molto gradita.
Contro: In cinque è vivibile per qualche giorno ma l'ideale è per due/tre persone. La pulizia si potrebbe migliorare

Sistemazione ottima in centro a Firenze
Pro: Posizione ottimale, appartamento a 3minuti a piedi dalla Cattedrale di S.M. del Fiore. Non abbiamo usato la cucina, ma ci è sembrata dotata del necessario anche in termini di spezie ecc. Camera ampia e letto abbastanza comodo, bagno ok. Consigliata, ci ritornerei.
Contro: Non ben specificato nell'annuncio che la lavatrice è in comune con l' appartamento adiacente (la porta blindata di accesso è anch'essa in comune). Poca attenzione ai dettagli (esempio: il detersivo per la lavatrice al nostro arrivo era pressoché finito e abbiamo dovuto comprarlo noi, alcune lampadine dello specchio del bagno mancanti/rotte).

Contro: No Soap or shampoo in the apartment. We had booked for 4 adults so sofa cum bed was not comfortable to manage for 3 days.

Comodo y muy bien ubicado
Pro: Excelente ubicacion. Departamento muy comodo para 2 o 4 pax que no tengan inconveniente en dormir en una habitacion. Cuenta con cama matrimonial y sillon cama.
Contro: Quiza la falta de algun amenitie, como papel higienico o pequeños envases con shampoo como para salir del paso si uno se ha olvidado de llevar y llega tarde.

I would definitely recommend this place!
Pro: The location of this apartment was better than perfect! Walking distance to all major attractions. Almost opposite the apartment is a bus stop that takes you to the main train station ( about 15 min travel). From there, you can take a tram to the airport. So easy, cheap and convenient. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. A couple of supermarkets are very close. The Apartment is very big for European standards, we did not expect this. Bathroom has a fancy shower and spa jets. Took us a while to work out how to use it. We did not use the kitchen much, only the fridge but though it's got everything you would require if you wish to cook. Everything is very clean and the bed and pillows are comfortable. If you travel by car, there is a secure parking 3 min away for 30 euros per day. Easy to get in and out. I would definitely recommend this place.

Ubicación y calidad/precio perfectas
Pro: La ubicación es perfecta junto al Duomo. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Tiene ascensor y un lugar donde dejar las maletas al dejar la habitación. Ms Adriana, la encargada de la limpieza fue muy amable. Si volvemos a Florencia no nos importaría repetir.
Contro: Los colchones de las camas son muy duros, y cuesta por lo menos una noche acostumbrarse. La luz del baño se enciende sola que, sobre todo por la mañana que entra luz natural por una ventana, es un gasto inútil.

Pro: The location was ideal - one block away from the Duomo and the heart of the action in Florence. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Kitchen was well-equipped.

Incredible location & great value!
Pro: The location is PERFECT. 5 minute walk from the Duomo, 5-10 minutes from all other major sites. Very spacious and the bathtub was a lifesaver after walking all day! I really appreciated the elevator too. Great kitchen & amenities.
Contro: The bed was not the most comfortable but it was good enough. There was a LOT of street noise, but we were able to sleep comfortably using white noise apps on our phone & that’s not something the property can control anyway.
