Pro: Appartamento arredato con stile e molto ampio: è stato delizioso soggiornarvi. Posizione centralissima e a due passi dal garage per auto. Dotato di ogni confort e, tra l'altro, con due televisori a schermo piatto in entrambe le stanze.

Perfetto, un appartamento dove poter vivere.
Pro: Appartamento finemente arredato, dotato di tutti i comfort. Cucina completa di qualsiasi utensile necessario, tutto di ultima generazione e abbinato al contesto. Bellissime le luci tutte le decorazioni mai scontate. Ampi spazi in tutti gli ambienti dove potersi sentire a casa, a partire dalla zona living con un comodo futon dove rilassarsi con un buon bicchiere di vino e uno snack (le bottiglie e gli snack sono presenti nell'appartamento e c'è ampia varietà), bagno ampio dove potersi rifocillare senza sentirsi in trappola. Comodo il materasso e la soluzione baldacchino nudo, d'effetto e bellissimo. Comodità per la location,.vicino a tutti i maggiori punti di interesse e raggiungibile facilmente dalla stazione e aereoporto. Gentilissima la padrona di casa, sempre disponibile per qualsiasi chiarimento. Ho già prenotato il mio prossimo pernotto.

Well equipped, clean, comfortable accomodation in great location.
Pro: Spotlessly clean in an excellent location, comfy bed and quiet bedroom. Everything you could need including toaster and coffee machine. Great to be able to leave luggage in secure store after checking out.

Fantastic location, beautiful apartment!
Pro: Apartment is exactly as pictured. Easy to access and everything you need for a long or short stay. The option to buy wine is a nice touch, great idea. The location is perfect! Short walk from the train station and only one street back from Piazza del Duomo.

Lovely stay in Florence near the Duomo
Pro: The apartment was spotlessly clean, quite eclectic but very stylish. We felt safe and secure during our stay. Whilst the living area windows (and air vent) look out onto a busy and noisy street, we were able to sleep very soundly because of 2 sliding doors separating the bedroom. The kitchen area was well equipped for anyone wanting to prepare their own food, with the added benefit of a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. Good communication from Benedetta via phone/email/text.
Contro: Just lacking that face to face personal touch. (a note to Benedetta- a few of the 'special lights' need attention)

The best place to stay in Florence
Pro: Everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place to stay in Florence. The location is excellent, 2 mins from Duomo, in the very heart of the city. The apartment is big, very modern and new, no difference from the photos. 2nd floor, lift is available. The flat is well staffed: iron, hairdryer, washing machines, coffee machine (with coffee capsules), TV, fridge, kettle, etc. All kitchen equipment is also available. 2 air conditioners were there, worked good. Everything was clean and prepared for our arrival. No issues with keys locker and the main door. It was a pleasure to stay there!
Contro: It would be nice to have washing powder

Amazing apartment
Pro: We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is fantastic — brand new, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you might need. The location couldn't be more perfect, just a minute away from the Duomo and right in the heart of Florence. Benedetta was extremely kind and helpful, sharing great recommendations for places to eat. The self check-in process was also very easy and smooth, which made our arrival stress-free.
Contro: The only small downside was that it could get a bit noisy at night, but that’s completely understandable given the central location. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!

Pro: El apartamento es perfecto para una estancia en la ciudad para hacer turismo. La ubicación es excepcional, cerca de museos y atractivos turísticos.. El apartamento está muy limpio y ordenado y tiene todo lo necesario para hacer fantásticos unos días en la ciudad. Benedicta ha estado muy atenta en todo momento. Es un alojamiento para repetir sin ninguna duda.

Pro: The apartment is wonderful, it has everything you could need, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, coffee maker, toaster, microwave. Even though the apartment is in the very center and on a busy street, the bedroom overlooks the interior of the building which is excellent. We stayed in the apartment for 8 days. We were there in winter, but the two air conditioners and the heating in the bathroom were enough to keep us warm. Also shops are close by and we had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was easy, we easily arranged everything.
