Very nice apartment in a great location.

Pro: The accommodation is located on a small, quiet street, just a few steps from the lively city centre. The apartment is well designed, attractive, and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and ideal for a stay of a few days. The bathroom is spacious and comes with both a shower and a bathtub, and the tub itself is large and very comfortable. The bedroom is a good size, and the bed is huge and extremely comfortable. I found the breakfast generous, although I did miss butter and some cold cuts; apart from that, it met all our needs. Our hosts were kind, courteous, and attentive, and communication was continuous and fully satisfactory. They even recommended a very good gelato place, which is very important in Italy. Overall, we were very satisfied with both the accommodation and our hosts, and we will choose this apartment again on our next visit to Florence.

Contro: What could make the accommodation even better: a better coffee machine, and butter and some cold cuts for breakfast.

Pro: Wonderful apartments in the very heart of the historic center — all major attractions are within easy walking distance. The apartment is very cozy, warm, and full of character, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Special thanks to the hosts — very kind, attentive, and always ready to help. They assisted with arranging a taxi and quickly resolved any questions, making the stay truly smooth and pleasant. As this is a tourist center, the area can be lively, but with the windows closed the apartment is quiet, the neighbors cannot be heard, and I experienced no discomfort at all. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch from the hosts — a small selection of basic products, coffee, and tea, which made the stay feel welcoming and comfortable. I would happily recommend these apartments and would gladly stay here again.

Pro: Fantastic location, well presented suite with everything you need to look after yourself. Convenience store around the corner, wine window outside the front door and delicious gelato shop steps away.

Contro: We stayed for 10 nights and we were given all of our breakfast food upfront, so it wasn’t fresh everyday…which also didn’t last long so that could be better organised for longer stays like we did.

Beyond our expectations - staying at Peruzzi Royal Suite made our trip to Florence even more special.

Pro: We had an idyllic time staying at Peruzzi Royal Suite situated in the heart of Florence. We were warmly greeted and walked through all amenities - so thoughtful. We were extremely comfortable enjoying a large space to unwind. The apartment was so central we could duck back at any time throughout the day, before heading off to the next place of beauty be it, a palace, church, gallery, cafe, market …… The breakfast was abundant and the folder of recommendations of places to see and restaurants to visit was invaluable. Can’t wait to return. Grazie🇮🇹

Pro: Fabio met us at the property and made us so welcome, offering local knowledge ref local attractions and eateries :) We could not have felt more welcome and helping us above and beyond when we were unable to communicate in the local dialect with getting our taxi to airport due to strikes:) They were very supportive and Great communication from Alex:)) Team work at it's BEST! Can't praise them enough:)

Perfect apartment in Florence

Pro: We had an amazing stay, the location was perfect and the apartment was stunning. A huge thank you to Fabio who went above and beyond for us by providing vegan breakfast items for us it was much appreciated. We are already planning to come back we loved it so much!
