Pro: Posizione fantastica, a 50 metri da Santa Maria Novella, appartamento ben fatto, con un ampio bagno, cucina grande e ben attrezzata

Pro: Tutto!!! L’appartamento è in centro vicino a monumenti e luoghi di interesse nonché bar e ristoranti

Contro: Nulla

Pro: Struttura impeccabile, servizio clienti molto gentile e reattivo

Posizione molto comoda per chi si muove con il treno, centrale e accogliente!

Pro: Appartamento molto centrale, a pochi minuti da tutto! Comodo arrivando in treno. La struttura molto accogliente dispone di una cucina comoda e pratica con una zona giorno ampia e accogliente! Le camere accoglienti e comode, bagni spaziosi!

Pro: L'appartamento è molto confortevole, centralissimo, con stanze molto comode e ben arredate. Bagno ottimo. Un pò complicato fare il check in on line ma questo consente anche di velocizzare all'arrivo

Contro: il problema dell'appartamento era la mancanza dell'ascensore poiché, essendo situato al terzo piano, è stato piuttosto faticoso salire soprattutto con i bagagli. Per fortuna ne avevamo pochi ma per un soggiorno più lungo sarebbe stato molto più disagevole. Un altro handicap della casa è un lieve tanfo che aleggia nei locali, problema però piuttosto diffuso negli appartamenti (e anche negli alberghi)al centro di Firenze, non imputabile alla struttura ma alla città.

Pro: La posizione e il fatto che fosse tutto nuovo e ben tenuto. il secondo bagno è stato provvidenziale.

Contro: Il checkout alle 10 unito al check in alle 15 non rende fruibile l'appartamento mi sarei aspettato un checkout almeno alle 12, meno di 12 ore 450€ mi sembra un pò troppo.

Pro: IT was excellent apartment- only it was hard to find at first but because numbers in Florence are organised differently. I would suggest get to the intersection where the fountain is and then, the Appartment is on the side.

Location location location

Pro: Stunning property, and would recommend any day. Pictures are a 100% accurate, and the apartment is just beautiful. Our unit had a lift which made travelling with big bags easier. Great location, close to the train station, and all major attractions, it's also great value for money. We received very precise check-in instructions before we arrived, and when we got to the apartment we had to phone to be let in the first time, but after that you do have keys. So please make sure you can phone.

Contro: Nothing, I would just recommend that the company maybe have an option for WhatsApp calling or messages in case travellers only have data and cannot phone to be let into the apartment.

Pro: Beautiful spacious apartment. It’s is newly renovated and the bedding and bathrooms were very spacious and comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed and more.

Contro: Entry into the apartment was difficult. The entry process asks to send a message through WhatsApp on arrival to the address however internet coverage in the street wasn’t great and we had trouble for a while getting in contact with the property manager. Suggest they send someone to greet guests at the door instead. Also, we lost power to the apartment twice when using the dryer.
