Chicca nel cuore di Firenze

Pro: Loft molto ma molto bello curatissimo e pulitissimo Zona molto comoda a tutti i servizi, tranquilla e molto silenziosa .

Contro: Niente..unica piccola pecca senza ascensore e scale ripidissime e i lavandino del bagno sotto piccolissimi e bagni tutto fuori ,però piccolezze

Pro: The staff were extremely helpful when we checked in. The accommodation itself was great. Only complaint was the water pressure in the shower. Nice and close to everything and would certainly stay there again!

Pro: The room was spacious and very comfortable. Very good location, close to the station.

Contro: There is no elevator so carrying heavy luggage is difficult. A lot of water came out of the washing machine.

Very comfy stay! Book it!

Pro: The apartment is so spacious n comfortable. everything was perfect. We were very very comfy during our stay. The 2 toilets available were helpful too. Would highly recommend tis apartment. Host was always ready to answer any queries. Appreciate the little packets of condiments (olive oil, salt n pepper, coffee and tea) provided. Room is exactly as the pictures shown.

Contro: The only thing we hate is the 65 steps staircase leading to the apartment but tat can't be helped.

Excellent apartment

Pro: Excellent mod-cons, and the apt is so beautiful 😍. We could not fault it. It's right in the centre, great location. Would recommend and book again.

Contro: Just for anyone with mobility issues there's a few flights aof stairs but it was no bother to us.

Pro: Spacious, airy & comfortably furnished retreat a stone's throw from all the attractions we wanted to explore. The staff were very helpful and prompt whenever we needed anything.
