Pro: La camere da letto sono ampie e accoglienti, i letti sono comodi e gli armadi capienti. La cucina è funzionale e ha tutti gli utensili che possono servire. La posizione è ottima e centrale, a pochi passi dalla stazione.
Contro: I bagni sono piccoli e solo due dei quattro dispongono del water, di cui uno si trova in una delle stanze. In nessuno è disponibile il bidet. Per una casa così grande e per così tante persone, se possibile, andrebbero adeguati in maniera migliore.

Pro: L'appartamento è bellissimo. Noi lo abbiamo preso per 12 persone. Bello e spazioso. La posizione è ottima. ed è molto pulito. Altamente consigliato. Ci tornerò sicuramente.
Contro: Il dover tornare a casa! È stato tutto perfetto!

Perfect location, comfy apartment
Pro: Great communication from the hosts, easy to contact via whatsapp Location is perfect, right in the middle of the city. Key codes for the external and internal doors which is good when travelling as a group Large, well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms were large and comfy beds, and 3 showers
Contro: The only real downside was the kitchen was the only communal area for a large apartment, there is no lounge area. That said the kitchen is large with a big table and lots of chairs Only 2 x toilets for a lot of people and one of those being through a bedroom (ensuite)

Great location and value in Florence!
Pro: Great location in central Florence, easily walkable to all the main attractions. The host was super responsive to messages and the code access system was easy to use.
Contro: The primary bathroom door didn't close during our stay. A minor inconvenience during an otherwise wonderful stay.

Fantastic Florance for exploring 10/10 Location
Pro: Location Location Location YESSSS! Every single amenity is close by, the apartment is clean and has everything you need to be comfortable. Spacious rooms, a complementary bottle of fizz and all the utensils needed if you wanted to stop in. Communication is only ever a WhatsApp away. So attentative and caring and extremely helpful with everything we asked, wanted and or needed.
Contro: 3 ensuit, only 1 with a toilet... Some of the spaces could've been better used. The kitchen was fine to be sat around but a room / space with seats sofas is very much doable and would create a gathering space to sip tea and have a chat.

Pro: Maravilloso. Enorme y super bien situado. La atencion, limpieza y cuidado es inmejorable
Contro: Solo hay dos inodoros, y uno de ellos esta dentro de una suite, por lo que queda uno para el resto de las habitaciones. Las ventanas no cierran herméticamente lo que se oye jaleo de la calle por la noche, es un poco ruidoso. Pero todo lo demás compensa.

An excellent choice for Florence
Pro: Staff was quick to answer any questions we had and helped us resolve any issues. Enough beds for a large party and were very comfortable to sleep in.

Merci pour ce bel appartement bien situé
Pro: Appartement bien situé, proche du centre touristique. De grandes chambres avec literie très confortable. Cuisine bien équipée. Ancien appartement bien rénové.
Contro: Il n'y a que 2 WC dont un dans une chambre, un peu juste quand on voyage à 9 filles. Les deux rues qui bordent la location sont un peu bruyantes

After the check in problem all went well after exploring numerous stores and restaurants,
Pro: There was no breakfast available in the apartment we had to buy our own breakfast. The location was great and close to a variety of historic places.
Contro: The check in process can be better due to requesting early check in and they will not accommodate even to just leave bags to explore area.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet appartement malgré ces quelques inconvénients.
Pro: nous avons apprécié sa situation centrale, proche de tous les bâtiments à visiter et près de la gare, sa facilité d'accès grâce au digicode.
Contro: L'inconvénient de sa super situation centrale est le bruit, Le bruit de la rue est infernal : cris, conversations, voitures, motos, etc.............. D'autre part, il manque une pièce avec des sièges confortables où l'on pourrait s'installer pour discuter.
