Pro: Nice view, in the center of the city so you can go easily to all places just by walking, even close to the train station!

Contro: It has 6 floors you have to climb in stairs, also there were some ants in the apartment so is important to keep all food in the fridge

Pro: Very centrally located, right next to the duomo. Everything is right there so you are paying for the location. The place was very spacious large outdoor balcony big bedrooms for Italy, large sitting/living area and a fully equipped kitchen. They went a step further and got me a kettle as I needed it for tea, they went out of there way to help make my stay really comfortable. Highly recommended property.

Contro: So it has a view of Florence, a good view that comes at a cost of 4 floors of stairs. This is part and parcel of travelling and staying in a heritage building in Italy.

Pro: The apartment has everything needed and the rooftop terace is great!

Contro: It´s very loud outside at nights in the streets, this is not the owners fault but worth knowing.

Pro: Sehr moderne, saubere u sehr schöne Wohnung mitten im Herzen von Florenz. Sie ist Zweckmäßig eingerichtet u bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Die Betten der beiden Schlafzimmer könnten auseinander geschoben werden (Müsste wohl vorher kommuniziert werden, wegen der Bettwäsche). Im Wohnzimmer steht ein großes Schlafsofa. Die Wohnung ist genau so wie man sie auf den Bildern sieht. Da sie mitten in der Innenstadt liegt, hört man den Lärm von der Straße. Das muss man einkalkulieren u sich ggfs. einen Gehörschutz mitbringen 😉 Um die Wohnung, die unterm Dach liegt, zu erreichen müssen einige Treppenstufen erklommen werden. Auch das war bekannt u kein Problem. Da Klimageräte vorhanden sind, war die Temperatur auch kein Problem. Eine Terrasse ist vorhanden. Gesamturteil: Einfach toll. 😊

Contro: Wir haben etwas gebraucht um die richtige Hausnummer zu finden, da es zwei unterschiedliche Farben für gleiche Hausnummern gibt. Leider waren Glühbirnen im Bad u in einem Schlafzimmer defekt. Ein großer Spiegel in einem Zimmer oder im Wohnraum und etwas Stauraum in der Dusche für die Duschutensilien hat gefehlt.

Regresaría siempre excelente

Pro: Una ubicación excelente 👌 el lugar lindo cómodo lo recomiendo esta realmente dentro de todo fiorenze simplemente sales y listo limpio y con una hermosa vista a mi hijo se le olvidaron sus audífonos y amablemente los regresaron es muy cálido regresaría sin pensarlo de los mejores lugares que yo me e quedado en ubicación y lo mencionado.

Contro: Subes escaleras una parte puedes prender la luz y otra no,podrían poner luz para poder ver y subir a gusto.
