Elegante e accogliente!

Pro: Spazioso, accogliente, pulito, tutto perfetto! Grazie, era tutto necessario. E anche dolcetti e pasta con sugo , direi molto carino!

Pro: Casa bella ed accogliente. Arredata con gusto. Quartiere molto tranquillo e molti servizi in zona. Fermata della tramvia per il centro, a 2 minuti a piedi. Molto graditi lo spumante in frigo e altri doni mangerecci.

Contro: Se si arriva in auto non e' semplice trovare parcheggio. Ma con un po' di fortuna alla fine si riesce. La TV non e' indispensabile. Se ci fosse sarebbe un ulteriore punto a favore.

Pro: La struttura e’ bellissima e nuovissima . Tutto quello che si può desiderare fuori di casa . La pulizia perfetta , il materasso meraviglioso come i cuscini in memory . La biancheria perfettamente bianca e stirata alla perfezione . Arredata con gusto, cucina e bagno perfetti . Le foto non rendono giustizia ! Posizione perfetta per l’università e a poche fermate di tram dal centro . Il quartiere residenziale,tranquillo con molto verde . Il gestore Francesco persona disponibilissima , ha avuto la possibilità di accoglierci di persona e ci ha fornito tutte le info sul quartiere , ristoranti e una fantastica pasticceria a pochi passi. Disponibile durante il soggiorno con consigli. Siamo state benissimo , torneremo sicuramente ! Soggiorno Top da hotel a 5 stelle!

I had a perfect experience here and I would definitely come back in case I travel to Florence again.

Pro: This is a brand new flat in a nice residential building. The furniture is new, too. There are 2 rooms for sleeping, one kitchen, one bathroom, and a small balcony with a very nice view. There is a big retail area nearby for shopping, so I could prepare my own breakfast in the kitchen. The owner is very nice, available when needed, and could help with his local expertise when I had questions.

Contro: Not much to say here, I had a very good experience in general. Maybe the only thing a bit annoying was a few mosquitoes during the night, but the plug-in repellent available in the room fights them well.

Highly recommended apartment in Novoli

Pro: This appartment is new, taken care and equipped with everything you need for a stay in the city: The rollos are able to shut the windows nicely at night, A/C in both bed rooms, beds are comfy, there are plenty of thick towels, a washing machine with detergent, a bidet, and hair dryer. Kitchen is equipped with a big fridge, induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, and stuff to prep your breakfast and lunches if you wish so (there is a mall close by at San Donato, with a coop). Another positive thing we wanted to mention is that you are closer to the train station Firenze Rifredi, so if you travel by train, consider hopping off there rather than going all the way down to Santa Maria Novella. The area of the appt is rather calm and the balcony has a nice view. Highly recommended apartement with the usual quirks of italian housing :)

Contro: Be aware that this appt, albeit rather large and comfy, is missing a living room, couch or arm chairs. This is visible in the pictures, but we thought its worth mentioning here. The other few negative things are typical quirks of apartments of the south, we just mention them here anyway: The apt has central heating in winter: at night it will cool down notably. The typical stone floors, the airing hole in the kitchen door towards the balcony and the badly isolated head rails above the windows do not help keeping the heat inside. The two dorms have A/C that can heat, so you wont freeze at all and the blanket is ok in thickness. I have expected a second thicker blanket in the closet, but we were fine (also because we dont fight for the blanket at night...). And with all the southern european housing, the main fuse is an issue and you should restrain yourself from running the washing machine, stove or hairdryer the same time....but Maria is an exceptional host and can help you literally within a minute, so all good.

Pro: Przestronne pokoje, blisko komunikacja miejska (tramwajem ok. 10 min od centrum), restauracje i kawiarnie w pobliżu, pomocny właściciel i jego zespół

Linda casa, em um bairro tranquilo

Pro: A casa é linda, espaçosa, totalmente equipada, apesar de não ter um sofá, o restante da residência supre a falta do mesmo. A anfitriã é muito atenciosa e gentil. A casa é próxima de um parque tranquilo, com comboio em frente.

Contro: Um pouco complicado de entender a localização, muitos números iguais na mesma rua, o que dificultou um pouco a nossa chegada na casa.

Maravilhosa

Pro: O apartamento tem tudo que você precisa , é exatamente igual as fotos , o anfitrião super solicito e ainda deixou um prosecco de presente de boas vindas em Firenze . Se voltar com certeza ficarei nesse apartamento novamente .

Contro: Eu gostei de tudo

Pro: Nicely decorated bedrooms. Quiet, peaceful and some trees around the apartment.

Contro: We had to take cabs to and from the Firenze Santa Maria train station and other main sightseeing areas. It was very cold at night in mid October and we could not find any blankets other than a very thin sheet and cover that was set on the bed. So I had to cover my body with a jacket. ( I couldn’t use the AC that blew a warm air from up above that was uncomfortable and made the room too dry)
