Keys of Italy - Benci 20 Fresco - Frescoes one bedroom Santa Croce

Pro: L’appartamento è semplicemente una perla, con soffitti affrescati, spazi ottimamente gestiti e tutte le comodità necessarie. La posizione, inoltre, consente di raggiungere comodamente a piedi tutti i punti di principale interesse artistico e storico (La Cattedrale di Santa Croce e’ letteralmente dietro l’angolo); io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo fine settimana. Consigliatissimo!

I’d stay here if you want to be in the heart of all the action.

Pro: Fabulous location, right in the heart of all fun things to do in Florence.

Great location and helpful host, with modern facilities — only drawback is a slight odor due to the ground-floor setting

Pro: The location is excellent — all major attractions are within walking distance. The host was very friendly and responsive, always replying quickly to our messages. The bathroom and kitchen are both newly renovated and very clean.

Contro: The only downside is that the apartment is on the ground floor and there was a slight odor in the room.

Pro: Great apartment to stay. Location is good, close to everything you need. Big apartment with 2 bathrooms. It was a little bit cold in the apartment because we visited Florence at the end of October and central hit didn’t work. But we got an electric hitter from the manager and it was enough for us to warm the baby. Thanks for this!

Pro: Auténtica joya en el corazón de Florencia. Hemos estado muy a gusto, excelente comunicación con el propietario. Me volvería a alojar de nuevo seguro.

Great Location & Unique Interior

Pro: Perfect location, comfortable beds, washing machine, easy to come back and relax with my son. I was very grateful for the early checkin. I do wish checkout was a tad later. That’s only if I’m being picky. Quick communication too which was so helpful! Had great recommendations.

Contro: It was a little dusty and needed a little more scrubbing in the main bathroom. But that’s just if I’m being super picky. I’d stay here again.

Une perle

Pro: La facilité de communication avec le personnel, la réactivité de celui-ci. L'emplacement, une perle! Le sentiment de sécurité. La surface de l'appartement, la chambre séparée du salon, la hauteur de plafond, la décoration épurée. Les équipements (télé, wifi, cuisine équipée). La literie. La propreté.

Contro: Nous aurions apprécié rencontrer l'hôte, ou connaître au moins un prénom... Récupérer la clé depuis un smart safe était un peu triste, mais on reconnaît que c'était pratique. Du thé ou du café mis à disposition serait bien apprécié! Le bruit du voisinage. Les voisins étaient très bruyants, claquaient la porte, parlaient très fort en rentrant dans la cour à des heures tardives (après 1, 2h du matin). Pas d'observation de règles ...(y en avait-il ?). L'heure de départ fixée à 10h est un peu tôt. Nous aurions souhaité prendre un peu plus de temps...
