Contro: manca la tv in camera, parcheggio costoso per chi arriva in macchina

Pro: Loved the location. The silence of the place even though it is in the centre of an active area. The proximity to the sites and a wine window.

Contro: The kettle tripping the electricity. So we reverted to the gas kettle. No problem. Basics in the kitchen like a cloth to wipe a table or counter were .missing. perhaps a salt and pepper grinder would help.

Centrally located spacious apartment

Pro: We did not stay in the Santa Croce apt as the air con had broken down but we ended up being given a different apt centrally located in a good area. On the first floor, it was very spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a kitchen area with everything you needed, sitting area and two large televisions! We didn’t need any of it to be honest as we were out all the time!

Contro: It was so noisy everywhere apart from the bedroom at the rear.

Pro: Huge apartment - basically a house. Quick responses from owner. Great kitchen with all appliances + a washing machine. Location was perfect.

Spacious home in one of rhe the best parts of Florence!

Pro: Fab location, spacious enough for a family of 4 to relax and spread out for 10 days. Well equipped kitchen. Very helpful and responsive host. We loved staying here!

Contro: It was cold (early November) until the government allowed heating to be turned on. The host sent someone to turn on heating the same day and after that it was fine

Perfect. Perfetto!

Pro: Location was excellent and within walking distance of everything. Property secluded and quiet off an internal courtyard, despite being right in the heart of things. Air condtioning was superb and much needed in the summer heat. Very comfortable beds and great showers.

Pro: Spacious apartment in a great location. It’s very quiet, given that it is on a main street and a stone’s throw from Santa Croce Church and the Christmas market. A 15 minute walk to almost every main attraction. Queen beds are very comfortable and nice to have two bathrooms, one for each bedroom. I was traveling with my daughter and it felt very safe. Washer and dryer worked very well - we were glad to have that.

Contro: The kitchen is pretty minimal. Tea kettle blew the fuse, which I understand is common in Italy. Would be nice to have a pod coffee machine for convenience (like Nespresso) but I can imagine that might be difficult with how delicate the electricity is in this apartment. There are two coffee presses but that’s not the most convenient for traveling and being on the go.

Love this location. Near a lot of activities and nightlife but not loud at all.

Pro: The location was amazing. Beds were comfortable and both bathrooms had decent sized showers. Location was off a cute courtyard.

Contro: The tap water had a strong taste, so we pivoted to bottled water.

Great end-to-end seamless experience - booking, stay and checkout.

Pro: Communication through Booking.com was easy and quick. The place was clean and neat. Great for families. Secure and close to many attractions in the city. Overall, a very seamless experience. Will definitely book again if I was going to Florence.

Contro: The washer/dryer unit in the house gave us a bit of trouble as it was not drying clothes in one go. It however worked (we did not have to reach out to the owner) and we were able to dry our clothes before we left.
