Disponibilita' e comodita'

Pro: Un alloggio bellissimo come design, comodita' e privacy. Raccomando per chi vuole risparmiare, vedere Firenze e poi riposare in silenzio.

Complessivamente la vacanza è andata bene e Firenze è fantastica.

Pro: A pochi minuti a piedi c'è il parcheggio Sansovino dove lasciare l'auto per tutto il periodo di soggiorno. Il nostro appartamento aveva due ampie camere, comode, belle esteticamente, letti comodi. Il terrazzo molto bello. Zona tranquilla, senza la confusione del centro. Mezz'ora a piedi per raggiungere il centro.

Contro: Aria condizionata rumorosa non funzionante, ma è stato meglio così perchè i filtri erano ultra impolverati, segno che non sono stati puliti chissà da quanto tempo. Le camere andrebbero spolverate un po' meglio, specialmente se chi soggiorna è allergico alla polvere e agli acari. La doccia ampia e comoda, mancava però della porta di chiusura che si è rotta chissà quando e il vetro che protegge la doccia non era ben siliconato alla parete, per cui anche stando attenti l'acqua usciva. Purtroppo nella doccia erano presenti anche tracce di muffa. Pur tenendo porte e finestre chiuse tutto il giorno abbiamo notato la presenza di parecchie zanzare.

Pro: Pulito, molto carino, confortevole. Gestori molto presenti per qualsiasi problema

Contro: Per me non é stato un problema perché mi serviva solo un appoggio per la notte, ma non c'è la cucina e io questo non lo avevo capito.. dalla descrizione il divano letto é in cucina , ma la cucina altro non é che un bollitore elettrico. Questo per soggiorni oltre la notte é un problema.. perché anche la colazione senza fornelli e frigorifero non é proprio banale. Peccato.

Firenze in tranquillità

Pro: La comodità del letto è dei cuscini, il terrazzo gigantesco (peccato che ha piovuto molto e non ne abbiamo usufruito), l'eleganza dei dettagli, il supermercato a due passi, la tranquillità della zona

Contro: Il bagno un po' da rinfrescare

Pro: È pulito, buona posizione e strutture. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è molto buono.

Great outside space in a stylish, secure building.

Pro: Rented this property largely on the basis of the outside space, which is fantastic. Our property had a small section of terrace, divided off with some potted plants, which was ample enough. But as there was nobody using the larger terrace area in front, we could have accessed that too if we’d wanted. The outside space really is plentiful. The rooms themselves are lovely as well, stylishly decorated. Sansovino tram stop is a few mins walk to the north, so getting in and out of town is a breeze. There’s a PAM supermarket the next street over for essentials, as well as a deli and pizza restaurant in the same street as the property.

Contro: Not much! We were very happy overall. The bathroom is very stylish but does have some frustrating design elements. The shower panels are insufficient in my opinion and have panel gaps on the side. It’s looks great. But you may have to shower more carefully than normal to keep the water in. The kitchette unit is built into a large cupboard and may be insufficient if you plan to cook full meals there. It was perfect for our needs during a short stay but may be something for other guests to consider. There are other rooms and apartments around and, as is the case with these big converted villas, there can be some noise. Not something that bothers me but perhaps a small issue for lighter sleepers. So on the whole, if you’re looking for a base for a short stay in Florence, I think you’ll really enjoy this apartment.

Fantastic contactless stay

Pro: A really lovely place to stay. The bed was comfy, the shower was hot and the A/C was cold. We also had a lovely terrace all to ourselves. It is a bit of a walk to the centre, 20-30 minutes, but there are busses and a tram very nearby if you don't want to walk it. We saw some reviews prior to arriving and we don't agree with them. The staff were very responsive on emails and messages through the app. We never actually met them but that was not a problem because they were very quick at responding.

Pro: Me sorprendió la habitación, era un lugar espacioso, práctico, limpio y bonito. Su precio vale completamente la pena. No está tan alejado del centro. Recomendable.
