Amazing stay
Pro: The property was very good, very clean, better than the pictures, so comfy, a treasure inside town. Well explained to get inside the house. The metro was very close, easy to access, but even by bike we came back one day and was okay.
Contro: Little things needs to improve, but nothing that bothered so much, only: have more kitchen equipments like forks and knives + defrost the fridge beforehand so that things can fit in the freezer.

Pro: Appartement très bien placé, proche du tramway, de nombreux commerces et du centre de Florence Personnel très réactif : nous devions trouver la clé et la carte d'activation de l'électricité dans une boite à clé. La carte était manquante et malgré notre arrivée tardive (22h), quelqu'un nous a dépanné dans les 10 minutes. Cependant nous avons trouvé l'appartement sale : ménage fait rapidement et canapé lit très taché avec trous de cigarettes. Dommage...

Sympa et charmant
Pro: Charmant et bon emplacement. Facile à prendre un bus ou un tram pour le centre-ville. Bien nettoyée, bonne douché et bien équipé. Grand supermarché à deux pas.
Contro: La maison a tout le temps un peu de bruit (les hottes). La deuxième chose, ce que l’espace c’est fait pour 6 personnes (2 couple au moins, 2 lit double) et il n’y a pas de portes pour fermer les chambres, donc pas de temps ‘privatif’.

Contro: Nudėvėtas butas. 107 nr. nebuvo balkono, labai triukšminga iš laiptinės, grindų girždesys viršutiniame aukšte tragiškas.Trūksta indų ir įrankių.

Zum Übernachten wunderbar, im allgemeinen sauber. Lage auch gut. Kochen kaum möglich.
Pro: Lage war prima. Man konnte zu Fuß in die Stadt laufen, aber auch die paar Haltestellen mit einem Bus (gleich um die Ecke) oder der Tram (ein paar Minuten zu Fuß) fahren. Supermarkt, Bar, Pizzeria, Lokal, Parkplatz in der Nähe. Mit Türcode und Schlüssel in Schlüsselbox ist das Anreisen jederzeit möglich.
Contro: Kommunikation mit Gastgeber(n) war etwas mühsam, so als ob immer einer die Mails schreibt und ein anderer sie liest. ;-) Es wurde immer wieder nachgefragt nach Check-in-, Check-out-Zeiten, ob man im schon Appartment ist usw., obwohl wir ständig Mails mit genau diesen Infos geschickt haben. Aber letztendlich hat alles geklappt. Ein negativer Aspekt war die Küche, 3 Löffel, 4 Messer, 2 Tassen und 3 Gläser für ein Appartment, wo theoretisch 6 Leute übernachten können. Küchenausstattung insgesamt sehr schwach und auch nicht sehr sauber. Zum Kochen gar nicht geeignet. Mit Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und Espressokocher kriegt man wenigstens ein Frühstück hin. Und ein paar mehr funktionierende Lampen wären auch von Vorteil gewesen.

Pro: Accesul foarte usor,gazda amabila am primit de la ea toate informatiile de care aveam nevoie,cu putin noroc poti gasi loc de parcare pe strada(1E/h se plateste in intervalul 8-20) magazine,restaurante si baruri in zona,aproape de statia de tramvai(1.5E ),parcare cu plata in zona,Sansovino,(12E/ZI) o recomand pentru ca este foarte mare,supravegheata si aproape.
Contro: Lipsa balconului,unul din dormitoare este situat deasupra livingului pe o podea de scandura fixata pe traverse metalice iar celalalt sub,se urca si se coboara pe o scara circulara mica si lipsa usilor face sa se auda tot dintr-un dormitor in altul. Cateva pahare in plus ar fi ok avand in vedere ca se pot caza 6 persoane. Am stat in apartamentul nr 107(Giorgione)
