Pro: Appartamento grande, luminoso e pulito. Proprietario molto disponibile.

Ci avrebbe fatto piacere un parcheggio custodito, visto che ci hanno rotto il vetro della macchina.

Pro: Noi abbiamo scelto questa struttura poiché si trova vicino alla fermata del bus nr. 6, che ti porta direttamente in città.

Contro: Consiglieremmo di aggiungere una mensola in bagno, poiché non essendoci devi uscire dalla doccia per prendere il sapone, lo shampoo ... e di conseguenza inondi d'acqua tutto il bagno.

Pro: Mi sono trovato molto bene nell'appartamento. Mi è piaciuta la struttura dell'edificio, il palazzo d'epoca con le grandi finestre e le pareti di pietra. Gli spazi interni sono ampi e funzionali. Ho apprezzato le chiari indicazioni per il self check in. la cucina a scomparsa nell'armadio e il Wifi.

Contro: Ci sono piccole cose che si potrebbero migliorare. Ad esempio, la porta di vetro all'entrata è difettosa e manca un po' di privacy se non si chiudono le porte interne di legno. Inoltre, nel bagno manca un sostegno per reggere la carta igienica. Alcuni pannelli di legno per oscurare le finestre restano un po' aperti e fanno filtrare luce la mattina. Infine, sarebbe più comodo gestire il riscaldamento in autonomia, anche per lo spegnimento, per poter risparmiare quando non serve.

Pro: We like it is a short journey to the city center. And the heating system works pretty well. Also we requested for extra kitchen items and the property operators were really keen on and quick on helping.

Contro: We couldn’t find how to turn on the cooker hood. And the light in the bathroom keeps blinking. Other than that all good.

Wonderful little suite with a hint of old world class.

Pro: Beautiful bedroom with balcony. Fine little kitchen. Relatively calm neighbourhood.

Contro: Pullout bed was not comfortable at all, but was adequate for our child.

Pro: Beautiful apartment, in good location (5 stops away on the tram from train station and city centre, tram stop just 5min walk from the apt) Supermarket close by, quite area. Apartment was very spacious, big rooms, comfy bed, very clean as well. We loved it.

Contro: It was all great in general, but few little things to nitice. Water in the shower was barely warm, it have to keep running for a good 5min to actually worm up. Kitchen area could be better equipped. We have experienced a lot of mosquito bites which we have not expect in March in Italy. Stayed in few different cities during our stat all with rivers and did not have this issue anywhere except this apt, so not sure if it was the apt or just Florence.

Pro: It was a lovely apartment, very near to train stations. It was an old building with a rustic look which makes it more unique. The bathroom is clean with a modern look.

Pro: Beautiful building and apartment with a cute balcony and courtyard. Perfect location in a quiet neighbourhood.

Pro: Hermoso todo, muy cómodo y cerca del metro que era súper puntal, un éxito si viajas en auto porque alejado del centro podes estacionar tranquilo

Pro: Buen trato del personal, buenas instalaciones , espacioso y zona tranquila cercana a tiendas .

Contro: La nevera es muy pequeña.
