Pro: Ottima posizione per raggiungere tutte le importanti aree da visitare, e tranquillità dopo le 22. Gentilezza e disponibilità della persona di contatto.

Contro: Avendo pavimenti in legno antichi, si sentivano tutti i movimenti delle persone al piano di sopra.

Nice apartment right in the middle of Florence, easy walks to all the main attractions.

Pro: Great location for easy walking to all the main sightseeings. Nice meet and greet from the managing company, timely contact, immediate response. Thorough instructions available in the apartment, lots of useful tourist guide books.

Contro: The persons who would like to sleep in the living room need to be aware that the noise level from the street is pretty intense (during our stay there was also a cobblestone renovation on the square right in front of the apartment windows). However, bedrooms are quiet. If there will be neighbors upstairs, you'll also hear their talk and walk - which is pretty understandable, as the building is old. You need to book extra time to bring out the trash, as the trash bins are 200 m away from the apartment.

Pro: Very convenient location. Problems were solved very quickly (shower door, buzzing noise).

Pro: Beautiful apartment right in the centre of Florence. All the sights are within 15 minutes walk. The apartment is in a busy square but inside the apartment is very quiet. It has lots of original features. The apartment has everything you need- a fully stocked kitchen, washing machine, towels and air conditioning. The beds are almost too comfortable if that is possible! The open plan living room, kitchen and dining area are much bigger than expected for a city centre apartment. We had a brilliant stay. It is up one flight of stairs with no lift so is not suitable if you cannot climb stairs.

Pro: The location was so perfect, right next to ponte vecchio, you can walk literally everywhere. There is a bus stop 200 myr away for station. The apartment is on 1st floor( no lift) . There are restaurants on the ground floor, grocery store around 100 mtrs away.

Contro: The kitchen was a bit small! And the Ac’s dont work properly. It doesnt cool unless u keep it on the whole day! Would not recommend if u r travelling in peak summer!

Contro: The kitchen equipment was limited. The communication was inconsistent and some messages weren't responded to The deposit took a week to return

A lovely property in a great location - would definitely book again

Pro: Great location by the Ponte Vecchio and Uffizzi Gallery. Very secure, lovely style, clean, warm and spacious. Prime TV was very welcome

Contro: The kitchen was quite well equipped but no cereal bowls that could go in the microwave for my porridge -I bought one. A Cafetière and a chopping board would be useful.

We love Florence!

Pro: Easy booking, easy acces, excellent location, beautiful accommodation. We hope to be back!
