Apartments Florence - Florence Magic House

Very comfortable and functional in a great location.

Pro: The location is amazing. The communications with the property were great.

A superb Florence location with a gorgeous terrace and balcony!

Pro: We got let into the apartment immediately by the management office when we arrived. They also got us extra hangers when I explained how much clothing we had for the upcoming wedding.

Contro: The glass in one of the windows was cracked and the shower leaked onto the marble floor occasionally.

Beautiful and relaxing

Pro: Great location plus beautiful views from balcony. Very clean and everything we need was there.

Contro: On arrival they take €300 hold deposit for damages. We left the property clean with no damage but had to wait one week before they returned our deposit. That was after sending messages and emails.

Spacious apartment in a fantastic location.

Pro: The location was perfect. Walking distance to everything yet quiet when in the apartment. The apartment was well equipped and spacious. Beautiful terrace. I would recommend this apartment.

Contro: The lift but it didn't spoil my time in Florence.

Pro: Rewelacyjna lokalizacja. Bardzo komfortowe mieszkanie, wygodne łóżko. Świetny taras z pięknym widokiem

Location, location, location

Pro: Location was excellent, AC and porch were fantastic.

Contro: Bathroom was teensy tiny

We would stay in this location again!

Pro: Terrific location just steps from Ponte Vecchio with great terrace views of Boboli Gardens from the kitchen/larger terrace and the City from the bedroom terrace. No problem with the elevator, although tight for even two people. The cooling/heating units function well and there was good WIFI available.

Contro: The chairs/living space is limited and not very comfortable for dining or reading. Fortunately the weather cooperated and it helped being able to use the terrace off the kitchen as an expanded the living space. For a two week rental, an extra set of bed linens and towels should be provided. There is no oven in the unit so a toaster oven or toaster, at minimum, would be a nice addition.

Pro: Habe mich in dieses Apartment verliebt, der Blick von der Terrasse war unglaublich schön, die Lage ein Traum, alles sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet und die Stimmung dank Musik vom Plattenspieler einfach perfekt! Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt:)

Great Stay In Florence!

Pro: Loved the balconies! We enjoyed a glass of wine while watching the sunset! Bed was comfortable. Location was great! Easy walking to what we wanted! Apartment clean and had everything we needed. Appreciated the elevator!!!!

Contro: Bathroom a bit small, but it had all we needed and that is good!
