Pro: Location favolosa, nella quiete delle campagne Toscane offre un angolo di relax e pace. Servizi impeccabili, struttura pulita e ben arredata, esterni curati nei minimi dettagli. Ma soprattutto staff GENTILE, DISPONIBILE, e attento alle esigenze del cliente. Ci torneremo molto volentieri. Complimenti a Giuseppe e alla sua famiglia

Pro: Location meravigliosa, immersa nel verde e perfettamente in linea con l'ambiente circostante. Le foto disponibili non rendono completa giustizia a quanto sia suggestiva la vista mozzafiato. Struttura disponibile di qualsiasi cosa. Valentina, l'host, super disponibile e cordiale. Ci tornerei domani!

Pro: Valentina and her husband were super friendly and helped us a lot throughout our stay. The apartment is very spacious, the pool was excellent, and the view was just stunning! It’s also very close to the train to Florence, which was really convenient.

Pro: Everything was very clean and organised! Valentina was just amazing and ready to help in anything.

Nice accomodation with great pool

Pro: The accomodation looked better than on the photos. It was very spacious and had good amenities. There was a small playground in front of our apartment and the garden in front of of the 2 bedroom apartment had shade all day long. The pool area was beautiful and had shade all day long. There are altogether 3 apartments on site. There is an amazing fish restaurant opposite the accomodation 10 mins drive away. Would highly recommend eating there. Valentina the property manager was really helpful and looked after us very well.

Contro: For us as a family with small child it was a tiny bit too far from Florence. You need to drive 12 mins by car to Lastra a Signa train station and part of it is on dirt road and on relatively windy roads. The train takes 15 mins to Florence main station but only leaves once every hour. The last train back from Florence is at 21:28pm.

Wonderful stay and very helpful and responsive host

Pro: The location, the house, the owner Valentina and her colleague Matteo were so helpful. Anything I needed I could ask her and she responded immediately. It’s a little outside Florence but if you’re looking to stay in the countryside it’s perfect. The place is exactly how it looks in the pictures. The views are amazing and their gardens are so well kept. Unfortunately we could not use the pool as the weather was cold otherwise I’m sure it would have been great to use.

Contro: The only thing missing is a dishwasher and a washing machine. (You can use the washing machine in their office for 10euros) but the convenience of having it in the apartment would have been better. Could have used it as per our timing.

Tasting Tuscany

Pro: Beautifully maintained, peaceful property . Front (and back) garden space. Thanks for the welcome pizza and wine. And starter packs of tea/ coffee/ spices and Mosquito plugs. Loads of possibilities for day trips in the vicinity..or just to chill. Easy access to Firenze by train ( use own vehicle to train station) Valentina is super.

Contro: Nothing...except maybe lengthen the hours of use of the pool area in the evening please : - )

Pro: Valentina was extremely prompt with any requests we had. Florence was accessible by train but a car or transport is a must to the nearest station.
