Pro: Castello meraviglioso in una posizione incredibile, immerso nella campagna Toscana e facile da raggiungere. Vicino a Firenze e molti bei borghi medioevali. Cottage molto confortevole, grande ed ospitale. Staff meraviglioso, accoglienza speciale, sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Lo consiglio veramente!

Contro: Se devo dare un consiglio, nei cottage farei trovare all'ospite, in cucina, il minimo per poter fare almeno il primo pasto ( caffè, sale, un po' di olio, una bottiglia d'acqua), nonostante fosse specificato che non vi sarebbero stati. Farebbe comunque piacere....

Esperienza speciale e bellissima

Pro: Particolarità ed esclusività di essere in un castello. Meravigliose le stanze e speciale la stanza affrescata da Severini.

Contro: Il costo del riscaldamento era escluso dal costo generale. Ho trovato questa modalità non consona e assolutamente imprevedibile. La modalità non era evidenziata. Questo crea un senso di sfiducia. Ci si trova a pagare qualcosa di imprevisto e si prefigura l’inganno.

Beautiful stay, relaxing holiday

Perfect place to stay for an authentic Tuscan vacation!

Pro: A real Tuscan atmosphere! Such a gorgeous location and property! The views are incredible!! Very nice staff as well. 10/10 stars!

Pro: Living in a fairy tale castle which felt like a genuine Tuscan experience. Beautiful views, grounds, rusticly decorated rooms, wonderful pool area and meals on the veranda every evening were so atmospheric !

Beautiful location and oozes history and charm

Pro: The property, room and location are amazing. It is very old so my review should be taken with that in mind. The room was comfortable and well equipped for my needs. The charm and beauty is Bragg taking. It oozes history and is not over renovated or polished.

Contro: The room was a little cold for me- this is a personal thing and I’m guessing when the weather is warmer this would be a bonus. The experience in the restaurant was the worst I have ever had- food and service were bad in equal measure. I wish I had never had this experience as part of the stay- it ruined an otherwise great holiday. I give this point of feedback in the hope that the hotel (we also gave the feedback in person- 15 of us!) can look into this point and ensure it never happens to other guests.

Pro: The grounds were beautiful. There was lots of space. The rooms were rustic and quaint. It definitely added to the experience. The kitchen was great as we purchased local ingredients for meals. It could use more kitchen utensils but still managed to cook everything we wanted. The environment was very welcoming. Strongly recommend for first time visitors to Tuscany.

What a wonderful stay. Romantic, comfortable, good restaurant food,. Great views and walks.

Pro: Beautiful surrounds. Lovely rooms, clean, spacious, homely. I was really able to relax and sleep..The shower was great, the rooms were comfy and the staff were friendly. The restaurant food was delicious. It was a great time spent there. Highly recommended.

Contro: No microwave or oven.
