Live the dream in this hotel even if it’s a short stay.

Pro: The hotel was so spacious. The staff were fantastic. The lounge areas were spacious and respectful of privacy. My bedroom was extremely comfortable and stylish with ample space and great view of the SM Novella. The dinning area was EXQUISITE and choice of food was generous.

Contro: Lounge areas, rooftop swimming pool, bedroom and dining area. All this was enhanced by the friendly staff.

Pro: location location location, What a delightful place to return to after touring this lovely city , the roof top pool overlooking the piazza is just magical. Breakfast was great with fresh and cooked options and the gym facilities whilst small were fantastic.

Amazing hotel for our base to explore Florence

Pro: The staff are the jewel in the crown of this beautiful hotel. From start to finish everyone was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to help, even preempting additional needs, in particular Sifeddine at breakfast. I visited with family including my granddaughters who loved all the little touches which made their visit extra special. The roof top pool is a must, a fabulous space to chill out with a cocktail and pizza whilst taking a dip to cool down. It was also a good place to meet other guests. The quality and standard of the food, service and cocktails was second to none. The rooms are beautiful, so clean and comfortable. The location is great, near the train station, great restaurants and beautiful shops and markets.

Contro: There is nothing not to like about this hotel.

Pro: The hotel is in the heart of Florence everywhere is no more than a 20 min walk. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a tad small but overlookdd the piazza. The roof top pool made a lovely place to relax after a long day sightseeing

Contro: Nothing much to not like. Breakfast perhaps was a bit simple

A wonderful stay in Florence.

Pro: Beautiful hotel in great location. The rooftop bar is fantastic with amazing views. The rooms are clean, modern, comfortable and beautiful. But the absolute best part is the staff. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. Extra mention goes to the lovely Alessia in the front reception who was wonderful, going above and beyond to help us resolve a small issue during our stay. Would 100% recommend this hotel. We can't wait to be back.
