Soluzione perfetta per più famiglie
Pro: La posizione è ottima. Il centro è raggiungibile con la tramvia in pochi minuti (4 fermate).
Contro: C'è stata un'incomprensione con il check in per cui al nostro arrivo la casa era ancora non pulita e rassettata. Dopo la nostra telefonata sono arrivati subito a pulire. Ovviamente essendo noi presenti la pulizia è stata meno accurata ma comunque efficace. È una soluzione da tenere presente sicuramente se si è in gruppo.

Lusso a pochi minuti dal centro
Pro: Niccolò è stato un host meraviglioso. Mi ha fornito istruzioni semplici e precise per accedere alla struttura, ed è stato reperibile per tutto il soggiorno. Grande plus la possibilità di usare lo split per l’aria calda in camera da letto. Posizione super!

Pro: Camere comode, fresche e spaziose. Abitazione storica ristrutturata mantenendo le carattestiche originali. Zona con parcheggio di fronte all'abitazione in strada, poco trafficata.
Contro: Giardino con poca manutenzione quindi non sfruttabile ma facilmente migliorabile.

Lovely Spacious Italian Villa
Pro: Very Italian traditional styled looking villa in a safe neighbourhood with easy access to the tram! Very spacious, clean and homely! We travelled as a big family and it was great that every room had its own en-suite bathroom. We would have loved to have stayed here longer to be honest!
Contro: Nothing. One of the shower heads in one of the rooms didnt work, but it was a great thing that there were 3 other bathrooms which didnt make the issue that big of a deal and we addressed it with the host.

Pro: I really enjoyed my stay, everything was great, the comfortable beds, the private restrooms in each bedroom, the private patio in the back, the kitchen and living room were great.
Contro: The only downside was the hot water, it was not enough for everyone in our group.

Pro: Отличные апартаменты для большой компании. Уютно и просторно
Contro: Не было горячей воды, что сильно нас огорчило. Не смотря на попытки помочь со стороны хозяев, это не помогло. В итоге пришлось мыться в холодной воде и ходить с грязными волосами.

das Haus ist schön mit einem sehr hohen Wert für Geld.
Pro: Leistungs-Preis Verhältnis sehr hoch. Die Zimmer sind sehr hell, geräumig und gemütlich, die Bäder sauber und komfortabel. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und sicher.
Contro: Wir hatten unseren Ankunft für 16 Uhr gemeldet, aber das Haus war erst um 18.10 bereit, denn die vorherigen Gäste waren später abgereist und das Haus brauchte mehr Putzarbeit als geplant. Im grössten Zimmer gibt es ein störendes Geräusch wie ein Ventilator (wahrscheinlich vom Dach oder vom Nachbarhaus). Der Wohn- und Essbereich sind nicht so gut ausgestattet und bieten sicher nicht Platz für 8 Personen. Auch die Küche ist nicht super ausgestattet.

Un séjour agréable dans une ville magnifique et un logement spacieux !
Pro: Une maison au top un peux excentrée du centre ville mais dans un quartier calme ! Un hôte a l’écoute et très réactif merci a lui pour cette confiance. Je recommande vivement cette maison si vous êtes en groupes !

Просторные апартаменты и удобная локализация:)
Pro: Большая вилла, много света и пространства. На каждую комнату своя ванная комната, что очень удобно, путешествуя большой компанией, как мы. Есть все необходимое. Удобная локализация, везде было близко 😊 Приятный и дружелюбный сервис :)) видно, что отвечает не робот
