Comfy Apartment Near Palazzo Pitti

Location affascinante e perfetta per stare a Firenze!

Pro: Bellissima location, bellissimo il pavimento in cotto e soffitto in legno... Spaziosa. Servizi presenti, per es. accessori in cucina (piatti bicchieri pentole) asciugacapelli, sapone mani e shampoo e carta igienica.

Contro: Non riceveva pulizia profonda da un po'. Mancanza WiFi ma stavamo provvedendo Sistema tv vecchiotto, mancanza di prese triple (le spine sono tutte piccole).

Pro: We left the place 2 days ago. A beautiful, typically Florentine spot. Very close to major attractions: Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti, Santo Spirito (here, for 2 euros, you can see Michelangelo's early work: Crucifix). The apartment is located on the top floor. Very spacious. Clean (bathroom, kitchen, rooms). The bed linen is clean. Indeed, the bathroom has a smell, as others have mentioned… but nothing too bothersome. We found clean towels, shower gel, and soap. In the kitchen, you can find all the utensils you need for cooking. In the area, there’s a Conad with very good prices, a Carrefour Express, and other small local shops with pretty much everything. I recommend this place, especially to experience how life used to be and to see the old Florentine architecture of a typical apartment. I would definitely return. Enjoy Florence!

Contro: As the apartment is older in some places it isn’t the cleanest

Good price and location

Pro: The location was great in the city, Apt was located on a fourth floor, narrow stairs but stable metal banister. Close to local shops, parks, monuments and such. Would go again, it was an ample apartment with two separate bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom.

Contro: The shower entrance door is practically blocked by the bidet, the shower head wouldn’t stay in place so you would have to be 4 feet tall to use it, there’s no room inside the shower where to place a bar of soap or similar.

Pro: La localisation parfaite, l'espace intérieur, l'équipement de l'appartement.

Contro: Pas d'insonorisation (les rues sont bruyantes à Florence), 3 étages bien hauts en fin de journée !

Pro: La ubicación sobre todo y las habitaciones estaban muy bien.

Contro: Tuvimos un problema con la luz que a la mínima saltaban los plomos

Mooie locatie, leuk appartement.

Pro: Heel goede centraal gelegen locatie. Mooie typisch Toscaanse details.

Contro: De airco werkte helaas niet (goed).
