Pro: Piccolo appartamento con un bel terrazzino, accogliente e vicino al centro. Ci è piaciuto tanto passare questi giorni qui, il quartiere è molto tranquillo e ci sono tanti bar e negozi per fare colazione o merenda.

Pro: Probably one of the best places I stayed in Florence. The location is great – but with the unique atmosphere this place offers, who wants to go out? Reached by steep steps, with tile roof and wooden beams overhead, a large balcony and the view and sounds of the nearby bell-tower (as well as city roofs, tree-tops and open sky) – the setting is perfect. It combines openness (Huge glass doors to the balcony and the transparent roof of the shower) with perfect privacy (there is only one balcony on the other side of the street that may have eye-contact with the place's balcony, and there was no one there most of my stay). And add to that the good functionality of the well-equipped kitchen (I cook all my meals myself), the pleasant sitting corner and the good wifi – the stay is really perfect.

Absolutely charming place!

Pro: Absolutely loved the apartment and my evening in the balcony! I think I have more photos from the apartment than I managed to take in the city in 1,5 days. Such a shame I hadn’t stayed there more than 1 night.

Pro: Cute top floor apartment with lovely terrace. Washing machine and laundry detergent available. Equipped kitchen.

Contro: Steep stairs to top floor, no elevator (old building). Not so clean floors. Squeaky bed which is actually just a sofa bed. It would be great to replace the sofa with regular bed.

Pro: Really cute place, perfect size for two people. Location was great if you enjoy the less touristed-places, but a short walk to the inner city. Functioning kitchen and laundry, amazingly cute place Staff was amazing, helpful and friendly.

Perfect Italian Hideaway!

Pro: The location was fantastic! Easy walk from the main train station, lots of cafes, restaurants bars and shops in the area. The apartment is super private, feels very quintessentially Italian. The host was lovely and kept in contact with us leading up to the stay to ensure a smooth experience!

Contro: The stairs to the fourth floor carrying luggage is challenging, but this is also something that should be expected in this part of the world! If you struggle with stairs, it may be worth enquiring about lower level apartment’s.
