Perfect location and great apartment

Pro: Excellent location and the apartment was very comfortable and clean. It was a perfect apartment for several days in Florence.

Contro: Internet signal inside the apartment doesnt work very good. The main room bed matress needs a replacement in my opinion.

The holiday was excellent

Pro: The location was excellent, the flat was very spacious, the bathrooms were very clean. Santa Spirito is beautiful place.

Contro: There could be a couple of armchairs in the sitting area. The description should say that it is on the top floor with many steps. I have mobility problems and this was very difficult for me. The directions to unlock the front door should also say that the door is very very stiff and difficult to, open! If my son wasn't with me I wouldn't have been able to open it. There could be bedding provided for the sofa bed

Pro: La ubicación del apartamento, lo grande y cómodo que era.

Pro: Estaba cerca de la estación y de lugares emblemáticos.

Contro: El apartamento tiene las paredes para pintar y subir los tres pisos sin ascensor es incómodo.

Boa opção para Florença

Pro: Localização (bairro), limpeza, qualidade/preço

Contro: 3o piso sem escadas. Urgente: têm de mudar os colchões. Não é amanhã. Não é para setembro. É mal acabem de ler esta mensagem!!

Pro: Deux chambres et deux salles de bain - air conditionné

Contro: La chambre située côté rue est juste au dessus d’un café … très bruyant jusque très tard dans la nuit .

Fastastic apartament in Florence!

Pro: Everything was perfect, the location, the place, very confortable, clean, and the staff was very helpful as well! We stayed at the two bedroom unit and it was very spacious for four people. Highly recomended!

Pro: They took great care of us. They responded to messages quickly. The location is excellent.

Contro: Despite it being winter, there were mosquitoes. The nights were a bit cold.

Pro: Está muy bien ubicado ,a 19 minutos andando de la estación santa maría de novella,a doce del puente vecchio,pero se hace perfectamente para gente que no esté acostumbrado a andar,mucha restauración por la zona ,un Carrefour express,y un mercadillo al lado de casa ,el museo pitti a cuatro minutos. Por cierto ,si vais dos parejas está genial ,porque una de las habitaciones es totalmente independiente ,con su llave ,como si fuese un apartamento más pero solo con una cama y un baño

Contro: Poco que decir ,por decir algo un poco de polvo en el piso ,y lo que son las instalaciones compartidas,osea las escaleras horriblemente sucias,nada que no se solucione con una escoba ,porque la calidad precio está muy bien

Bom custo benefício para jovens.

Pro: Da localização , da limpeza do apartamento e a anfitriã é atenciosa.

Contro: Não gostei das escadas, tem os degraus muito altos e curtos , prédio muito velho está mal conservado e o corredor sujo, mas a acomodação é limpinha
